hate to break it to yall but almost any requests i have will be (and already have been), delayed due to my personal/educational life, since recently, ive been getting more tests and such like the ACTs, finals (already bc some of my teachers cant host em at a better time), and other important tests, which gave me less time to actually do anything abt requests as i drift towards more studying

it doesnt mean i cant do requests at all, itll just be more difficult and time consuming to fulfill them for the next few weeks due to tests, projects, and even finals and APs, sorry yall 8:C , ill try my absolute hardest to fulfill requests as much as i can throughout this time, even if theyve been put aside for days if not weeks

also note that some requests, specifically headcanon requests, will be easier for me to complete at this time unless i were to make art requests traditional art or just made "lazier" than i usually would, like theyre doodles rather than what i actually do, and once again: sorry for any major delays in requests

(speaking of which, for yall who r curious abt my plan that nobody asked abt when it comes to all of this: i plan on dealing with headcanon requests first, then art requests, then anything personal i have up my sleeve)

Vent Regression Flags

I’m actually surprised nobody’s made a flag for vent regressing (as far as I’m aware), so I decided to make a flag for regressors who specifically vent regress often when they’re in little-space.

For those curious, vent regression (formerly known as impure regression) is a type of regression that’s used to — you guessed it — vent. This can include behaviors like crying, screaming, panic attacks, throwing tantrums, and so on.

While age regression is often painted as a positive thing, there is nothing wrong with vent regression. It’s just a natural way of coping that might not be fun, but it does happen and it should be normalized in the community.

⚠️ Disclaimer: Vent regressing is different for everyone; the colors of the flag were chosen based on what I’ve observed of vent regressing, so if I might’ve gotten anything wrong, please let me know. Rude/negative comments will be blocked! ⚠️

in terms of what age climber regresses to... he doesnt know (nor really mind tbh)... nobody really knows... nobody knows what EXACT age he regresses but surely its somewhere around a toddler to a kid

assuming that clarice is also a regressor (tiny clarice headcanons coming in a few months if i ignore this acc exists again), climber also started to regress not long after caregiving for clarice, heck shes the reason climber knows what age regression is and how it works in the first place

in fact, when climber is regressed, clarice is either his primary caregiver or playmate, but other caregivers include park-dwellers like karl, tg (but more likely a playmate or something in between), jack derippe and dahlia especially, heck even the castle itself would count as a caregiver

hes definitely a curious little fellow who likes exploring the park and learning more abt both it and the world around him

however, climber is also a really sensitive little who needs constant reassurance that his regression is a-ok, especially towards clarice for rather obvious reasons

speaking of clarice, climber is also especially clingy towards her, for shes both the first person he met in years and shes the reason climber regresses in the first place, thank u clarice

disregarding the fact that the endzone oct is non-canon to the castle of nations universe, our poor little mannequin began regressing far more frequently, especially under an impure (as in sad) light due to what the little guy had to deal with in everafter

anyways, on a more happier note, many in the park, whether human (clarice) or park-dweller, accept the fact that climber regresses and gladly supports him throughout, even our cynical statue, karl, supports him and sometimes cares for if not regresses alongside him (theres a huge chance karl is also the "older brother" type when he does regress)

My personal one is that he is a very young regressor because of his trauma, thoughts?

yknow, ive actually been thinking abt this headcanon for some time too bc of u guessed it: the fact that chimbley unfortunately never had a genuine childhood; as a result...

🤎🧹 Regressor Chimbley Sweep Headcanons 🧹🤎

as stated below the title, our little chimbley sweep mainly regresses "impurely" to express his emotions and mourn for the childhood he never had, leading to his regression being filled with fear and doubt, tantrums/meltdowns and panic attacks, and just a negative regression in general

despite this, chimbley usually regresses voluntarily and when hes alone, with no main caregivers whatsoever; if someone were to find out... chimbley would obviously not be happy abt it, for he does almost everything in secrecy and everything would fall apart otherwise

eventually, however, some things r just bound to happen and chimbley would fall under the occasional care of climber (bc climber is really the only person he knows well enough to trust), who chimbley was luckily able to trust after some time; in fact, chimbley loves how soft climber is and naps on him like hes a pillow (in a platonic way for lifes sake, dont u dare try to do anything problematic here)

otherwise, for his playmates (if he even wants to have any), his primary one would be steffi, who he assumes doesnt mind abt his regression, with the two often going about on little playdates and adventures across taitle with benzene as their caregiver/playmate thats just there to keep them safe/sane

the chimbley sweep regresses from a baby to a young toddler depending on the day, or more specifically a few months to three or four years, and chimbley managed to steal gain some regression gear like a paci, a blankie, and a few toys, which he hides somewhere in his base

chimbley sweep also becomes nonverbal while regressing and doesnt feel the need to talk when doing so, and if he were to talk, itd either just come off as noises or babbling

when he is in a happier mood, chimbley also becomes a rather mischeivous little, often going abt pranking and doing tricks on people while going unnoticed, sometimes as a way to steal stuff but oh well, whatever makes the little guy happy

otherwise, when hes tired, the chimbley sweep uses his regression as an opportunity to gain some well-deserved rest, using his blankie and paci to get a good nights sleep

I really like this headcanon and it makes sense for him! Especially since Mizuno never really got to be a kid and stuff, given that he was an experiment in a lab. So I think that he doesn't really have the ability to grasp the full concept of childhood like a typical person would - so he attaches himself to childish things like cartoons and plushies to try and relive the childhood he never knew existed, nor was he allowed to have.

despite the fact that karl HATES people, surely he can make an exception for any fellow regressors, for its very likely theyve been emotionally burdened and scarred as him

however, this can make karl somewhat clingy and protective when it comes to caring, for he doesnt want anything or anyone to taint such a pure, kindhearted soul, probably to make up for what happened to rachel

speaking of rachel, karl often plays what he learned from her on the violin to his little one(s), especially if theyre the sleepy type of little, for them its like hes playing them a little lullaby

when hes not playing his tunes, however, karl would entertain regressors with the help of arma, who shapeshifts to assist karl in performing and showing tricks to his little(s) (this time theyre non-lethal, unlike in the tournament)

karl is surprisingly really good at handling fussy and chaotic regressors, mainly because he doesnt appear to get mad at them for simply being them, plus, he had to deal with kids like that all the time when the park was still operating

as a result of staying calm yet joyful among regressors, he also does really well at calming littles down, especially during events like tantrums and meltdowns, where he can provide comfort with ease

however, karl still wants to make sure his little(s) is safe and would swoop them out of danger when he can sense it, most likely with the help of arma and a cool little trick or two with her

karl usually just stays in pirates cove, but wouldnt mind traversing other areas in the park if asked to, maybe even start an adventure with his little one(s) around the park, wouldnt that be fun?
