“how do borrowers live inside walls with all that fiberglass around?” well, we eat it. it’s no ones first choice, but fiberglass wall insulation is perfectly fine for borrowers to consume. during the winter of ‘83, the cold was so bad that the human wasn’t going out for food, so me and six other borrowers wound up having to devour all the insulation in his house. the house got so cold the human got hypothermia. when they wheeled him off to the hospital, i hitched a ride on a stretcher, and spent a decade tearing my way through a hospitals worth of prime fiberglass wall insulation. i have caused thousands of dollars in structural damages. it was delicious.

Thing I've been thinking about recently, for no reason, definitely not personal reasons.

g/t borrower situation where both the borrower and human host are nearsighted, contrived reason for not yet having something to help that, and are both more frightened because they can't clearly see eachother.

From the ground, the borrower can hardly make out the human's expressions, making their intentions unknowable and all the more frightening. For the human, they keep catching this little mystery blur across the room that speaks to them in some encounters, but they can hardly even make out the shape, which repeatedly startles them.

Only when a trusting connection is finally developed, do they get a close enough look at eachother to realize "Oh, you've been looking at me with kindness and concern."/"Oh, you're just like me."/"We HAVE to get some glasses in this household."

There's this comic I remember seeing wayyy back in the day (2010-2016ish??) on DeviantArt that I sort of vaguely remember and hope to find again. Granted, I also know a lot of old DA stuff is gone now and it may not be there to find anymore.

So it was a few comics revolving around a human woman who was lost or exploring a rainforest? And there were three or four giant naga men characters that would eat her, the relationships started out antagonistic then became friendship? And the various giant naga guys didn't get along? The art was amateurish and digital, and I'm fairly sure it was all nonsexual soft v0re stuff. That's about all I remember.

Did anyone else see that? Know who the artist was? If they're still around or their stuff is?
