This month has been an amazing ride for fans of Street Fighter
This February has been such an amazing rollercoaster of emotions for Street Fighter fans all over the world. Let's discuss why:
Last week’s Capcom Cup was an amazing full-week celebration to sunset Capcom’s official Street Fighter V tournaments. Big congrats to MenaRD for winning it all! This was his second time winning a Capcom Cup season which is just unheard of and incredible to think about. And the new price pool of more than 2 million dollars for Capcom Cup season X starting in Summer 2023 on Street Fighter 6 is a…

Nintendo Direct February 2023 - Reactions
The February 2023 Nintendo Direct had many great surprises and kicks the year off strong for Nintendo. Here's what made me the most hyped and how I feel about the future of the Nintendo Switch.
Here’s everything that caught my eye in the first Nintendo Direct of the year: Pikmin 4:Oatchi the dog is best boy. Nuff said. Just kidding, this game looks like a solid new Pikmin entry, but they didn’t show anything too out of the ordinary for the series. That’s not to say there aren’t some cool additions, though. The new Ice Pikmin are cool though and you can finally challenge the monsters of…

My Nintendo Direct Predictions
A new Nintendo Direct has been announced for tomorrow and you might already guess what I'm getting at. Here are my personal predictions for the games to be shown (including some more and less likely hopes of mine):
This is a fun one. Time to predict the unpredictable force that is Nintendo and make some guesses and wishes as to what we will see in the new Nintendo Direct tomorrow (in order of how likely I think they are): 1. Kirby’s Return to Dream Land Deluxe So this game comes out later this month and should get a short feature in this Direct. Although I don’t know if there is much left to show off for…

Multiversus has potential to be so much more
Multiversus will soon enter it's third season of content and maybe even leave open beta for the official launch. Here's what I think the platform fighter does right and in what areas it could still be improved on.
Multiversus is a weird fighting game. It aimed to present a new kind of platform fighter that is a more social experience by focusing on teamplay with 2 players per team rather than 1vs1 matches. Furthermore, the game is built up from the ground to have a free-to-play payment model which is rare for fighting games. And since the game is free-to-play, the developers decided to release it as a long…

My Top 10 Games of 2022
Welp, there is no interesting introduction for this one. Here is the list of my top 10 favourite games released in 2022.
I have always wanted to do this. So, without further ado, here are my top 10 favourite games released in 2022: 10. Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel I have tried out a lot of digital card simulations and games ever since I stopped playing physical card games. Few of them released as polished as Master Duel. The card animations are stylish but also pretty quick and snappy. The rarer, shiny card variants…

Pokemon Scarlet/Violet is pure fun all the way to the end, but then it gets boring (no story spoilers)
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are some of the most ambitious but also controversial Pokemon games in a long time with their open world gameplay. Here are my experiences with Pokemon Violet and how I think it compared to other games in the series.
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are the first traditional mainline Pokemon games set in an completely open world which made many Pokemon fans, including me, very excited and eager to learn more about the games in the months leading up to their release. Even so, the Pokemon Company only published a few trailers showing only a small percentage of the new Pokemon before the game’s release. This made the…

How Sonic Frontiers succeeded and sold 2.5 million copies
Sonic Frontiers has already sold 2.5 million copies, making it one of the most succesful Sonic games in the last decade. Here's my take on how the game achieved this feat.
Sega recently announced that Sonic Frontiers has sold 2.5 million copies worldwide since it’s launch last month. These news come two weeks after their previous announcement that the game will receive three big content updates for free in 2023. In celebration of these news, I decided to go over my experiences with the game and why I think that it deserves this success and new content…

Hi,as you probably expected, if you read my last blog post, I’m going to cover the gaming news at The Game Awards 2022.
