yeah heartbreaks hurts but have you ever binged on a food you were looking forward to and it just tasted sad and disappointing and all you’re left with is feeling like a overblown whale

Just finished having a binge session (lol I don't know if that's is how to call it in English) and now my stomach hurts and I want to vomit. The chocolate were too sweet and the Cheetos were weird. I am happy that my palate is starting to dislike these foods, but hate that my brain crave it so much that I couldn't stop eating even knowing that it wasn't delicious as I imagined

Worse of all is that I am feeling super guilty and ugly as if the last month efforts and the -10kg (22lb) was nothing, I am still morbid obese, but I can't stop and, right now,I hate myself, not in the good way that make me feels motivated to starve and exercise, but in the way that I just want to die and/or stop trying to improve myself because I will remain obese and ugly forever because I am weak

I will try take a walk, drinks lot of green teas and water and do not eat nothing from now to Friday (at least) than I will go back to my goal to maximum of 1000 cal a day (I know I should eat less, but I live with my family and if I just stop eating for real they would notice, so I am going slow so they would get familiar with me eating just little portions and every day skipping more meals), these two days are my only chance for a big fasting because I am at a aunts house and she doesn't have the habit of eating with everyone else so I can just tell that I already ate
