So she's heavily inspired by Nana but I haven't rlly thought abt her lore yet all ik is that she's got no parents or guardians and she's a broke musician who hates depending on people and is extremely scared of change. So since currently my ocs w gimyung r toxic and fluffy this one is just angsty due to Helenas pride and her fear of change. Uhm I might make a fic for her from her perspective so u can get a better grasp of her character bcuz I kinda suck at explaining it xoxo

Eli halted entertaining Yenna, taking a moment in stunned silence, before snapping his head towards you so fast you feared that he might've hurt his neck. “...what?” he voiced out, just in case he didn't hear that right. He must've misheard that.

“I’m so hungry I could eat Lyon,” you repeat, expertly hiding the smile of mischief that threatened to appear on your face.

He stared at you, mouth slightly agape, running a hand down his face, before hiding it on Yenna's hair. “Where did you get the name of my old cat?” he grumbled, voice muffled. The toddler babbled, seemingly entertained. She was smiling while making grabby hands at you from Eli’s lap.

You let out a small laugh, watching his reaction. “Sally told me,” and she did, in your little conversation while running grocery trips for Hostel. “She even told me how quiet and edgy you were back–”

“Stop. That's enough embarrassment for the day. I get it,” Eli cut you off, looking up from behind Yenna. He would never use her as a shield, but in this circumstance, he's using his child as a barrier between your gaze and his flustered face. “Stop it.”

Unfortunately for him, you found it cute. “I can't. It seems so unfitting to see you act as an edgelord, but it still suits you. I can see you as some sort of hissy, soggy cat. She said you were quite the troublemaker. Like. My sweet, sweet Eli was an angsty troublemaker,” you were just teasing the living daylights out of him now.

He frowned, brows furrowed and clearly displeased. “This is amusing you,” he remarked, a low murmur. It was a statement, not a question.

“Yeah,” you didn't even deny it. You loved messing with him.
