Any other nursing mamas here?! 💪🏼 It is such a beautiful time getting to share with our little sweet pea and the bond that is made, 😭 excuse me while I bawl over here! We’ve been on this journey for 11 months and O M F G it has gone way too damn FAST 💨 🥺 having babies makes my hormones all off wack, and due to life, my supply drops quite often (mostly my fault!) i could be doing this and that better, but one thing, my HOLY GRAIL I depend on are my oils. MY WHY. - I’ve heard about essential oils for years but could never get fully on board with switching every little thing over to these small bottles of enriching plant power. And that’s a wrap! Our house is completely finished with the renovations. Last year we had a major flood and thanks to our insurance, nearly every surface downstairs was beautifully taken care of. These past few months we’ve had several changes happen in our family. Thanks to the movie STINK, (must watch on Netflix!) we have switched over a lot of products around our home to remove the amount of toxins that are being used regularly. From cleaning products to laundry and incorporating my oils where I find easiest, I can rest easy knowing I’m not harming my little ones. I own a cleaning business so I’m exposed to tons of chemicals, and we have started swapping out product by product for ones that are much less harmful to everyone.
