Hiii, just came here to say my package arrived yesterday and everything was in perfect condition o(^-^)o

I expected the zine to be of good quality but not this good, you guys surpassed my expectations by SO MUCH, it's so much better than I could have imagined!!!

I wanted to thank all of you for your work in this, you absolutely made my day, week and year!!!

I've loved TMNT for years but because I live in Chile I've not been able to afford much merch due to shipping costs, this was my way of getting art from lots of different artists I love at once and I couldn't be happier about how everything turned out, I'll treasure ot forever.

hi ! would u guys consider having more writers this time for the raph zine? i understand that having more art than writing on pages is better visually but it made me a little sad last time to see the ratio of artists to writers. iirc there were only 6 in the leo zine and only 2 were added through the actual application process (as far as i know zines are in a weird gray area legally so if this is because of some legal issue i also understand) i really loved the leo zine and appreciate all your hard work , this isn't me hating or complaining. i just wanted to let u guys know that if you WERE considering taking on more writers (and/or artists) this time, there's an audience for that :]

Hey there! We would love to have more writers, however, with zines it can be a bit tough to balance mainly because of page count! The bigger the page count the more expensive the book will be. Stories are wonderful but they do take up a couple pages. In previous zines we have experimented with more writers but smaller word count but this made it difficult for our writers to tell the story they wanted to in an already smaller than usual setting! Our mod staff has tried out a lot of different combinations of ratios in all our previous zines, and yes it can be tough to balance! But we try our best to showcase the all the talented creatives in our projects!

Not sure what you mean by only 2 making it through application, as Leo zine only had two Writer Guests and the rest were through applications.

We also tend to get fewer Writer Applications than Page and Merch but we love our fan fiction writers and would love to see them apply!

For each zine that you potentially done are you going to get as many new people as possible for each one? Or still pick other people from previous zines?

After the Interest Check phase, Applications will open! Anyone and everyone within rules are more than welcome to apply, including people from past zines! Of course we are always looking to welcome new and fresh faces alongside zine veterans! The TMNT fandom is quite large and full of insanely talented people and we aim to do our best to host a good roster!

We can't accept everyone sadly, and we know the competition is tough but we love seeing all kinds of mediums, and styles! It definitely may end up with people from previous zines making it in but each time everyone goes through a voting process by all our mods!

We always recommend reading the faq, rules, and requirements to make sure your portfolio is the best it can be! We're so excited to see people excited!

so my understanding is that the artists will be picked right before you start working on each zine, and the ones for Raph, Don and Mike haven't been chosen yet?

I'd love to participate as a writer for Donatello; correct me if I'm wrong, to apply I have to wait for the Raph zine to be done and sent out, then you'll open applications for the Donnie zine. Right?

All zines will have a Interest Check phase to gauge interest, and then if that goes as planned, then Applications will open! Due to the long commitment everything takes, we have to wait till the projects are close to the end before gearing up for the next one!

Hi! I just got home from a trip over seas to find a blue package on my door! It’s absolutely stunning tysm! I wanted to say thank you for all the effort you put into the packaging. My zine has been sitting in the rain for possibly 2 weeks and everything is in perfect condition!!!! This is one of the best things I own and all the artists are so skilled! :3

Sorry, this might be a dumb question but my full bundle just came and I was wondering, is the cover poster folded in half intentionally? I assume it's so it would fit better in the package for shipping but there's probably going to be a noticeable crease down the middle even after I flatten it out, I just wanted to make sure that wasn't an accident

Hey there! Since the poster was A4, we indeed had to fold it to ship it, so the crease is normal! This was answered previously, so we will not answer anymore questions about the poster! Thank you!
