tangle makes me so very mentally ill

in hindsight, going in alone might not have been her brightest idea; the lemur could’ve very easily gone on reported the suspicious activity, gotten back up, she could’ve even turned a blind eye for a split second. but no, tangle, unfortunately, was not like that. 

before she could even get a quick quip out, she’s immediately forced to dodge out of the way of the oncoming tenrec. her tail grapples above some pipes from the ceiling, reeling herself up from the ground quickly before she can get hit. ...okay yeah this, she knows when she’s outmatched. fighting was out of the question. too dangerous. tangle’s best bet was to at least lure surge to a bigger crowd. a capable one.. not like one with innocent civilians.

the lemur begins swinging across the room, her tail grappling closely to the ceiling while guiding toward the exit. 

          “    really? but i think they’d be ecstatic to hear that you’re here! you know what? i’ll just go tell ‘em. you can try killin’ me afterward deal?    ”

caught red-handed. but this was more or less of a good thing. now that plan a failed, it was time for something impromptu. in truth, surge depised going by any kind of structure. it was always meant to come down– let her tell it.

❛ heh. ❜ a small fit of laughter would erupt from the tenrec’s mouth. her back turned, facing away from the other. after that fit, she would find herself hunched over. the darkness in the room aided in her attempt to fade from view. a tiny burst of energy would leave her fingertips almost resembling a match igniting, sparks would fly directly in the perimeter of tangle. a mere distraction from the blow that was bound to come.

hues illuminate into an abundance of colors, excitement wisps through her cybernetics as she’s gifted with the opportunity to cause mayhem. a crackle of thunder, and bolt aiming directly at tangle. meanwhile, their frame would minimize as they curled up into a ball, hurling forward with such force.
