Helluva boss is no longer the show we saw 3 years ago

so after the release of the season two trailer we all come to the conclusion that the original premise of this show is non existent the once dark comedy about blitzo and his assassint business is gone and not coming back

and now it’s all about stolas and his love for blitzo and yeah we saw dorks and the cherubs but let’s be real this show is created by Vivzepop I doubt those two will actually be an actual threat to imp if Viv can go 5 minutes without making everything about stolas

and I know you are asking yourself this question

“what happened to this show?”

well Vivzepop and her fandom that’s what happened viv was so focused into making fanservice she doesn’t even bother to actually make a good series which did had potential especially with blitzo backstory

like did really need stolas and his divorce drama to be the main conflict in the show we could of got a mystery plot of blitzo trying to figure out if his mother is actually alive stuck somewhere the character development we could of had but sadly this show is created by someone who loves toxic yoai so we never getting that

at this point you can’t call helluva boss a indie animated show anymore it’s now a shitty Netflix series so congratulations Vivienne Medrano you have officially destroyed your own show

My thoughts on the trailer

Bruh that was the most corny ass shit Vivzepop has ever created LIKE WHY IS STOLAS SOBBING AND CRYING ABOUT BLITZO YOU ARE LITERALLY A PREDATOR WHO FORCED HIM INTO A SEX DEAL

and god The victim blaming on blitzo I don’t like his character but the fact that the show makes him feel bad for not wanting to be with stolASS is disturbing it’s giving every toxic BL I read when I was in high school

The fact that the Millie short wasn’t even written by Vivzepop just really shows that this woman can’t NOT bring herself to make anything with her female characters💀

If y’all wondering yes I saw the short and honestly it was ok I would of enjoyed it more if Millie wasn’t going to pushed herself to almost end her life in a future episode and sallie mae (a trans woman) didn’t get oversexualize in the merchandise

Don’t forget in helluva boss when moxxie (who is obviously not viv favorite oc) tries to stand up to his dad he immediately gets taken down and forced into a wedding dress and needs Millie to save him…

I already made a post about this, BUT it frustrates me soooo much that when ANGEL (Viv's favorite) stands up to his abuser, it's some cool badass moment where he "Stuck it to the man!" and shows that demons are redeemable! Meanwhile when HUSK who is NOT Viv's favorite stands up to his abuser, he quivers in front of the mighty Alastor (Viv's favorite), yeahhhhh I thinkkkk I'm starting to see a pattern here.....

anybody else notice how in the storyboard the mean girls designs have them to look like actual teenagers compared to the finished product where they look older…

It still makes me so sad that one of the mean girls in unhappy campers was originally fat but was changed to thin and skinny like all of the other characters

Like I seriously feel so bad for octivia's va like imagine one of the writers calls your character a cockblocking slut for "getting in the way" of a toxic gay ship

Some va's have an emotional attachment to the characters they voice. What if octivia is one of those characters? How would her va feel seeing a man calling her character that?

Remember, any Viv Stans who may be reading this, we do not hate Vivienne Medrano for being a Queer POC Woman. We hate her because she has a history of:

1. Being transphobic towards trans men

2. Ditching her less famous friends when they start rivaling her popularity or does something that she deems a personal attack, in that case she refers to them as abusive the second they leave her life

3. Her company, Spindldhorse, being imfamous for having dozens of workplace mistreatment scandals, and is generally unprofessional with a hierarchy of Viv and her friends, the star power she gets to voice her characters, and then everyone else

4. Pigeonholing her mostly freelance staff into only working for her, vastly limiting their income

5. Not paying her animators livable wages even when she has the funds to do so while she keeps them from perusing other clients

6. Being an overall immature and petty mess on Twitter when it comes to any form of criticism or playful ribbing (“My name is Caine, I am your bitch”)

7. Having a proud rape fetishist storyboard a scene where a character is being raped repeatedly

8. Lying about said rape fetishist being an SA Survivor to excuse having them storyboard a rape scene

9. Telling a 15 year old that the rape fetishist sexually harassed that they’re overreacting and need to get over the rape fetishist sexually harassing them

10. Not crediting the people who helped boost up her projects

11. Writing her female characters to more so be accessories to her favorite male ones and then telling her audience that they’re idiots for not tilting their heads and squinting at the most minute character details

12. Festering one of the most toxic, immature, and cult like fandoms in recent memory and actively stokes their fire by supporting to fans that defend and agree with her.

13. Presenting herself as this sweet, inclusive, and benevolent victim while she does all of this
