I got the chance to check out the Sony’s all new Xperia 1 III smartphone and was able capture a couple of shots with it. As a photographer, I gotta say I really appreciate the innovation that Sony puts into each iteration of these. As with their cameras, Sony doesn’t stop raising the bar on their phone models and that brings me to two of my favorite things about the latest #SonyXperia.. First off, the Xperia 1 III has the world’s first variable optical telephoto lens flexing from 70mm to 105mm in a surprisingly low profile design. Secondly I love the fact I can connect any Sony Alpha cameras the Xperia 1 III, using it as a camera monitor and making use of that slick display.
