My mom has done so much research for about a year before buying her first leopard gecko. She thought is was best to get her first one from a pet shop then a breeder because she wasn’t sure which breeder was best or responsible (you can never tell how well a breeder takes care of their leopards or if the breeder is a scammer. Pictures of their leos can be photoshoped and you can’t always see their rack system). She decided to get her first one at a local petshop, almost all petshop where sold out of leopard geckos but The Animal Connection. I (Torhment) was purchase at a mom & pop shop on February 14, 2018 with two other leopard geckos. I (Torhment) was about a year old or a little older and was believe to be used as a breeder leopard gecko before the breeder sold me to The Animal Connection pet shop. Mom checked out all their leopard geckos they had for sale and Wrath was the first one that caught my eye and see saw me after and I become one of her favroites. Each tank was 10 gallons with two females in each one and the males had their own 10 gallon (each by themselves, males didn’t share the same tank). Mama purchase me and two other ones the same day. I (Torhment) was very healthy with no health issues. After about two months living with mom I became pregnant and laid my first clutch on April 28, 2018 and that when mom found out that one of the two older leopard geckos was male and placed him in a separate tank.
