So I’d been pretty bummed out for a while here. I’d been playing on my old pink 3DS that I’ve had for years and the top screen of the old girl finally crapped out on me. Last night we decided to go ahead and do the gifts between my husband, brother and myself since the brother will be leaving to go out of town today and won’t be back for us to do Christmas gifts on Christmas morning. My husband came through in a big big way. “Now” he said “you can get back to your animal friends.”

Holy crap you guys so much is different since I last played this game over a year ago. I love it, more content!

When Tokie took over as mayor of Sunchi, she brought with her only one possession. That possession was a modest photo album that had been worn by years of handling with love. The pictures it carried were ones of the grandmother she was named after and all of her experiences as a mayor to her own town. In every photo, she looked blissfully happy and Tokie wanted so badly to have that for herself. “I can have that for myself” she thought as she put the album away in her newly furnished room, “I will make my happiness.”
