A Florida-based real estate wholesaler, Tom Krol studied business and marketing at Harding University and the University of Alaska Anchorage. Upon completing his studies, Tom Krol worked as an account manager for Software Engineering of America and later held the same position for UC4 Software. After being fired from his last job in lawn-care sales, he got into real estate investing on the advice of his brother, Todd Toback. Tom Krol founded PSL Home Buyers, a Real Estate Wholesaling company that helps individuals sell their homes for cash without closing costs or real estate commissions. His success in the industry led him to establish Wholesaling Inc., a Web-based coaching program through which he trains individuals to become successful wholesalers. Since creating the company in 2013, he has coached hundreds of people throughout the United States, including Cody Hofhine, with whom he later partnered. In addition to coaching and delivering speeches on the topic of wholesaling throughout the country, Mr. Krol has appeared as a guest on some of the more prevalent real estate podcasts, including Bigger Pockets, Investor Carrot, The Michael Quarles Real Estate Show, and Just Start Real Estate. Tom has also been featured on Fox News and is currently writing a book on Real Estate Wholesaling.
