Tommy's True Love? I finally read this article today. It seems like he wanted to marry this person (and have kids) when he was only 18 (or 21). From 1989-1991, he was hesitant to answer personal questions (age & love life) but he opened up a bit in this 1997 interview. I think most of his songs from his first 3 albums were written about this person.

Songs that Leads Us to Tommy's Greatest Love

This is the part 2 of my post below about his song “Just Before (I Was Gonna Say I Love You).” I just realized that his 3rd, 2nd & 1st albums are connected. Although I haven’t seen the lyrics of all the songs that he composed, these songs are like prequels or sequels of each other.

Now I understand why the "I Still Believe (Prelude)” sounds sad. I also posted (below) one of his early 90s interview, in which he said that he had never fallen in love yet at that time (which I didn’t believe because he was writing love songs).

I was really moved by this photo when I saw it the first time a month ago. I think it’s time to recognize the LGBT fathers. It’s also sad that some kids lost their fathers due to suicide. Happy father’s day to Tommy & Charlie!

I saw this video before and I watch it again because I went to NKOTB’s concert recently. This taken probably between 1989 and 1990. Tommy’s drawer was neat! He was also grateful for the band’s friendship.

The story behind "Just Before (I Was Gonna Say I Love You)." I'm thinking of this song at 1 a.m. and found this video. Sadly, I only discovered this song after he died. When I first heard it, I knew that it has to be his personal story; a guy's first heartbreak. Although, it contradicts what he said before in an interview that I posted below (the story of From the Heart album).

My Favorite Tommy Page Songs - Part 1

I like all his songs from the "From the Heart" album. My brother & I used to play this record almost everyday in the Philippines from 1991 until in 1998. Here are my most favorite ones: 1. Madly In Love 2. Can't Get You Outta My Mind 3. I Still Believe in You & Me 4. You Are My Heaven 5. Whenever You Close Your Eyes 6. I'll Never Forget You 7. Never Gonna Fall In Love Again I'm not sure why they are in that order 😊
