Hear me out on this : joseph trying to exploit luca and get rid of him when he's done with him but the more time passes joseph gets attached to the boy and he's like his adoptive parent/big brother.. kind of connection .. and now joseph won't let luca go nor get rid of him

Exploiting him to make money or to use him to work for him in his resort .. tbh, joseph was my main since 2020 I always seen him as luca dad like person .. but after alva release I stopped .. ok now I think luca have 4 dad's XD deal with it

☆ Nightmare/"Orpheus"' Turkish Coffee ☆

Not actually the first time I've tried this. Awhile back, I went to Türkiye and had the honours to try it with a side of baklava. And all I have to say is... It was very bitter. And pairing it with sweet baklava is perfect.

Do I like it? Not really... Mainly because the powder throws me off a bit. But it was nice seeing it get heated in the sand.

Anyway, I'm not just going to talk about this drink. I'll actually make it don't worry. Thank you to @tomochisblog for asking a Turkish acquaintance how to make this.

PlushieLuca: U have the Turkish coffee ? It's so easy to make U just boil water PlushieLuca: Then for every 1 Turkish coffee size cup u add 1 full small spoon of Turkish coffee to the boiling water .. PlushieLuca: And .. erm .. u don't have to add suger at all if u don't like suger like most of us drink it with 0 suger

Additionally, they also sent me defragmenteur's YouTube video as the process is much easier to follow.

On a side note, I firmly believe Nightmare would drink this. A contrast to Novelist's preference of ipoh white coffee. Although he's not a fan of sweet things according to the NPC affection dialogues. I still find it significant it's his drink of choice during Ashes of Memory.

Thought this would suit him after a conversation with @honkiewonkie. Granted, I jest that he'd heat it with the use of lab apparatuses. I was half-tempted to purchase said apparatuses to try make coffee with it myself.

Then again, he'd probably just extract the caffeine from the coffee and consume it directly.

RECIPE:

10g of fine coffee grounds

100mL water

1 teaspoon sugar

Add water to your cezve (turkish coffee pot).

Add sugar to water. Stir.

Carefully place the coffee grounds into the pot. Don't stir.

Place pot on the stove in low heat.

Let it heat for 1 minute then stir slowly.

After a few minutes, the coffee will come to a boil. You'll notice the crema or foam shrinking to the middle. Remove pot from heat.

Spoon some of the cream or foam on top into your cup.

Return to heat. Remove when it foams up again.

Carefully pour the rest of the coffee into your cup.

Enjoy.

THOUGHTS:

I didn't drink the Turkish coffee immediately, and it's good. Subtle sweetness and not that bitter as I remember. Also, to appreciate it more, you should drink it leisurely. Taking brief sips each time and letting the coffee ground settle at the bottom.

Anyway, I heard the coffee grounds left from drinking it says something about your future. So, to anyone who is skilled in reading coffee grounds, what does this speak of? Just dm me your response. Thank you so much!

To do this, I based it off kw.rockspace and lydia_greene_bttv on TikTok. Once you're done drinking your coffee, there's leftover coffee grounds. You invert your cup to a saucer. The patterns are then interpreted.

☆ Prisoner/Luca Balsa's Screwdriver [Non-Alcoholic] ☆

Finally made a Luca Balsa inspired blog. Thank you to tomochi_0 on TikTok for convincing me to make a drink for him. Inspired by the art celebrating @GameIdentityV Twitter reaching 100k followers.

Disclaimer, this doesn't follow the normal ratios for a traditional screwdriver. My recipe is for me to not consume that much sugar.

Recipe:

My Preference:

crushed ice

2 shot of orange juice

1 shots of sprite

orange slice for garnish

Traditional:

ratios by Jane from allrecipes

1 cup ice

4 shots orange juice

1 shot sprite/vodka

*use a highball glass for this one

Prepare ingredients. Fill glass with ice, then orange juice, and sprite. Stir and garnish. Enjoy.

Thoughts:

If you don't have orange juice at home... Don't DIY it with mandarins. Maybe because the mandarins I use wasn't that ripe. But the juice it yielded was very bitter. So yeah, even orange flavoured juicebox will do if you don't have the fancy orange juice with pulp.

I'm certain this would make a great drink. I just used the wrong ingredient.

Can i ask you how did you start to love novelist? I'm curious

*sits down in my rocking chair* back in my day, the novelist's abilities was very different than it is now. his skills is more akin to possession. he was allowed to possess the hunter for a few seconds and possess any survivor/teammates for awhile.

sighs, it was a unique skill that I can't help but miss. it was so much easier to do the tram trick (watch the end of this video 00:48). anyway, his survivor possession ability was very useful to me as I was the only good kiter in my old team. unfortunately, it has does have some issues such as lagging and freezing when attempting to swap. and he wasn't allowed in 2v8 and in call of the abyss (COA).

nonetheless, i suppose being the main kiter and having the ability to "switch" places with survivors is what led me to playing him a lot and it just stuck.

but i couldn't have learned to main him had it not been for the fact he was a novelist and the game's MC during that time. and respectfully, he was the only good looking male survivor as well.

other than that, i must say it's his lore i found captivating and the parallels i noted from other media i quite like.

bonus: i also mained nightmare because of the fact he's novelist's identity switch and i guess i liked the idea of "yes i main two orpheuses" as well as he's a jack of all trades hunter in the early years (cheap blink, cheap teleport, cheap peeper what's not to love???).
