Try a women's probiotic, theres probiotics expressly for the good bacteria in our vag. I use this, ive used this too but it gave me headaches (some probiotics give ppl headaches).

Drink water!!! Then drink some more!! Water not only flushes our system and keeps it healthy, it also dilutes pee so it wont make the few lingering 1-2 drops smell.

Do not put anything other than water or a wet wipe down there (i use wet wipes but make sure all natural ingredients). No ACV, vaginal washes, most vaginal creams, etc. If you do itch, redness, the doctor can give you a very light steroid cream that can clear it up, go to the doctor over OTC.

Only use ORGANIC tampons. The organic tampons (this brand too) are night and day. I think I lowkey used to be allergic to non-organic tampons cause by the end of the 5th day it was feeling raw almost, like it hurt a bit and was itchy inside (like inside my walls lol). Anything that could cause irritation gotta go.
