the Ringo chapter is taking way longer than I thought. (and Its not helped that I am int he prosses of writing the first chapter.) Ok so in this AU The Impacts did happened but it wasn't as devastating as in canon, as it only messes up some parts of Tokyo, like the singularities in Akira (hence why the setting is still referred to as 'Tokyo-III') so the weather seasons are still intact.
