New York- New York cheesecake
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup graham cracker
5 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cups & 2 tablespoons sugar
3/8 teaspoon salt (1/8 + 1/4)
32 ounces cream cheese
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons lemon juice
6 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
Crust: (graham crackers crushed, melted butter, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/8 teaspoon salt) mix and bake for 10 minutes at 375
Filling: combine the rest of the ingredients (make sure cream cheese is room temperature). Place a roasting tray in the oven then the cheesecake, pour boiling water in the roasting pan. Bake at 325 for an hour and 45 minutes you want it to just start to brown along the edge.
