'Wizard of Oz' superfan's collection worth nearly half a million dollars

Walter Krueger is a die-hard Wizard of Oz superfan. Over the past 27 years, Krueger estimates, he’s spent more than $400,000 on a collection that he’s been building since he first fell in love with a 'Wizard of Oz' coloring book when he was 3 years old.

Joe Manganiello is a big fan of Dungeons & Dragons. He even has a space in his home that was converted into a "dungeon" with dragon heads mounted on the wall. Manganiello says his wife Sofia Vergara is supportive because she knows how much he loves the game.

Mitchel Wu from Los Angeles, California stages plastic toy characters to create stories through photo. Disney hired him to create surreal scenes from their iconic franchises like Toy Story and Star Wars. Using practical effects like liquid splashes, and digital effects in Photoshop, the former wedding photographer and recreates the illusion of motion film in a still. In a six-hour process, Wu captures the nostalgia of Harry Potter, Spongebob, Rocky, Batman, Lord of the Rings and more through his self taught craft.
