How do I get more height with my kicks? Watching a bunch of tricking videos and I’m wondering how all these guys have so much power. Here I am, and I haven’t gotten any progressions in height since I’ve started.

I just wanted to say as a sidenote I really hate oversized sweatpants. I’d rather them be adequately sized and not interfere with everything. I’m really disappointed in myself that I didn’t realize this sooner.

Sorry for not being really active here, guys. But I have some good news.

1. I’m healing. Slowly but surely, I’m feeling the pain go away, and hopefully soon I’ll be able to do parkour again.

2. I’ll be living in San Francisco, meaning that if I can find some good spots, expect some changes in scenery.

3. I’m gonna be getting a new camera, for higher quality shots and such :)
