It finally came, my first Influenster box!
I cannot begin to tell how excited I was to receive this.
If I understand correctly, each box comes with seven items.

I was hungry (: I thought they were delicious(almost like the real thing!) I would recommend trying them!

Oriental Salad
2 pkgs. ready-made broccoli slaw
2 pkgs. ramen noodle soup, beef flavor
2 bunches green onions
1 c. salted sunflower seeds
1 c. toasted slivered almonds
Dressing:
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
2 pkgs. soup flavoring from ramen noodles
Chop onions. Remove soup flavoring from ramen soup. Set aside to use in dressing. Crunch noodles. Combine broccoli slaw, noodles, onion, sunflower seeds and almonds. Combine oil, sugar, vinegar and soup flavoring. Mix well and pour over salad. Makes a large salad.

Sunny Vegetable Salad
5 cups broccoli florets
5 cups cauliflowerets
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cider or red wine vinegar
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
In a large salad bowl, toss broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, onion and raisins. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Sprinkle with bacon and sunflower seeds.
Yield: 12-16 servings

Macaroni Salad for 100
5 to 6 pounds fully cooked ham, cubed
5 to 6 pounds macaroni, cooked and drained
3 pounds shredded cheddar cheese
2 bags (20 ounces each) frozen peas, thawed
2 bunches celery, chopped (about 12 cups)
1 large onions, chopped (2 to 2-1/2 cups)
2 cans (5-3/4 ounces each) pitted ripe olives, drained and sliced
Dressing:
2 quarts mayonnaise
1 bottle (8 ounces) Western or French salad dressing
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup light cream
1-1/2 teaspoons onion salt
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Combine first seven ingredients. Combine all dressing ingredients; pour over the ham mixture and toss. Refrigerate.
Yield: 100 servings.

Byerly's Broccoli Salad
Ingredients:
5 cup broccoli florets
10 strips crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup sunflower nuts
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
Directions:
Combine broccoli, bacon, raisins, nuts and onion in large bowl. In small bowl combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Toss into broccoli mixture. Refrigerate, covered, several hours before serving.
Makes 6 cups, 12 servings.

Parmesan Vegetable Toss Salad
2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. fresh broccoli florets ( about 3/4 lb.)
1 med red onion, sliced
1 (8-oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 lg. head iceberg lettuce, torn
1 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 c. croutons (opt.)
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, sugar, basil and salt. Add broccoli, cauliflower, onion and water chestnuts; toss. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Just before serving, place lettuce in a salad bowl and top with vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with bacon. Top with croutons if desired.
Yields 16-18 servings

1 head broccoli, cut up
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. Miracle Whip
1/3 c. sugar
2 t. vinegar
5 strips of bacon, fried crisp and broken into pieces
some finely shredded cheese
Mix all together and chill.

Broccoli Cauliflower Salad
5 pounds broccoli, cut into florets
5 pounds cauliflower, cut into florets
1-2/3 cups thinly sliced green onions
6 cups mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons vinegar
2-1/2 pounds sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
1-1/2 pounds cheddar cheese, cubed
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower and onions. Combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; pour over vegetables 1 hour before serving. Chill. Just before serving, add bacon and cheese; toss. Yield 100 (1/2-cup) servings.

Ham, Broccoli and Macaroni Salad
1 (8 oz.) bottle cucumber and green pepper dressing
1/2 head leaf lettuce (4 cups)
1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach (4 cups)
4 cups cooked cubed ham
2 cups cherry tomato halves
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, cut into julienne stripes
1 bunch broccoli, cut into flowerettes
  Cook macaroni according  to pkg. directions (9-10 min) ; drain and cool. Toss macaroni with 2 tbsp. dressing. Arrange macaroni in 6 qt. salad bowl or punch bowl. Wash and dry greens; tear into bite size pieces. Layer greens over macaroni. Top greens with ham, tomato halves and Swiss cheese. Spread dressing over cheese. Blanch broccoli flowerettes in boiling water until bright green (about 1 min); drain and cool. Arrange broccoli attractively around edge of bowl. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  Serves 10 (2 cup) servings.

Broccoli Salad
1 head fresh cauliflower
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
1 can water chestnuts
1 red onion
1 can pitted black olives
1 carton cherry tomatoes
2 pkgs. Good Seasons Italian dressing
Soak broccoli, cauliflower and tomatoes in cold water for 1 hour. Get dressing ready. Mix all ingredients and pour dressing over drained vegetables. Marinate for at least 24 hours.
Hint: Best to use bite size pieces. Optional- sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

Vegetable Garden Salad
1 bunch broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1 box cherry tomatoes or equivalent
1/2 green pepper
3 green onions
1 c. diced celery
Wash and cut the above into bite size pieces. Add 1 can pitted olives.
Dressing: 1c. sour cream,  1c. mayonnaise,  1/2 tsp. garlic salt,  Fold into the vegetables. Chill.
Serves 12

Cauliflower & Broccoli Salad
1 head cauliflower, cut up
1 bunch broccoli, cut up
1 lg. onion, chopped
12 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1-2 c. frozen peas
Dressing- 2 c. Miracle whip,  2/3 c. sugar,  1/4 c. vinegar,  3/4 c. Bac-O's bacon bits
Mix cauliflower, broccoli, onion, cheese and peas together. Let stand 4 hours or overnight. In another bowl, mix Miracle whip, sugar, vinegar, and bacon bits. Let stand 4 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, toss together.
Makes a large salad.

Broccoli & Cauliflower Salad
1 large head of broccoli, broken into florets
1 medium head of cauliflower broken into florets
7 strips turkey bacon crisply done, well drained & broken into bits
2 Tbls. sunflower seeds
Dressing- 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise, 1/2 sugar, 2 Tbls. of wine vinegar
In large bowl combine broccoli, cauliflower, bacon and sunflower seeds. In small bowl combine all dressing ingredients. Toss with vegetable mixture until well coated.
