Once again, Louis wants to. But he can’t. It’s like his brain has fully stoped communicating with his body.

“Louis.” Harry says, his voice commanding and firm. “Come. On.”

This time it works, and Louis finds himself following Harry out of the room and back down the hallway.

It isn’t until they’re in the stairwell that he realizes why.

Harry used his alpha voice on him.

Suddenly Louis stops on the stairs.

“What the bloody hell’s wrong with you?”

Harry visibly winces, but when he turns around Louis can see the anger clear on the alpha’s perfect face.

“Do you think I wanted to do that?” Harry asks. “You were about to drop Louis.”

(Or the one where omega Louis Tomlinson had to fight to earn his place as a top agent with the FBI. That is all threatened when he becomes the obsession of London’s latest serial killer. To complicate things further, he’s paired with fellow agent and usually aloof alpha Harry Styles.
