I’m looking forward to sending my husband off to work with a kiss and then welcoming him home with a kiss.

Marmalade making with Grandma 😍🍋🍊 Love learning to cook some of my husbands favourite foods! Love that Grandmas recipes are getting passed on and she can teach me how to be a good wife.

Totally Agree!
I hate feeling like I can't tell people what I want in life.
As a young adult, I’m constantly being asked what my plans are with my life, and unfortunately, no one will take “I would be happiest as a loving, submissive wife and mother” for an answer. This is extremely frustrating because nowadays people seem to equate happiness and self-worth with how much money a person is earning. How sad this is!! I find so much more fulfillment in being a caregiver than in dollar signs.

If there’s any domestic task you can do in five minutes, do it now. Straighten the clutter on your kitchen counter. Make the grocery list. Throw another load in the washer. A godly woman once told me, “The key to housework is to keep it going.” Put her advice into practice. Keep the housework going. It makes a world of difference

A Note on Empowerment
It is a common misconception that women who abide by traditional gender roles have no idea what empowerment is.
Unfortunately, the fact that a lot of women feel most empowered by submitting to their man is often overlooked as just ‘internalized misogyny’.
It is okay to fall into your natural role as woman. You should never be ashamed to do so just because of the expectations that others have of you.
Let him lead you. It is okay to feel more comfortable when you follow him.
Let him provide for you financially while you keep his home clean and warm with love.
Let him make the decisions. You will find that a great deal of stress is lifted from your life once you surrender the uncertainty of making the wrong choice and trust in him.
Let him protect you. Your body was not built as strong and big as his, you were meant to be defended – not to defend.
There is empowerment like you wouldn’t imagine in submitting to him. Do not be afraid just because someone’s definition of empowerment is different from yours.

Multiple studies show that when little girls are only given typical boys toys to play with, such as trucks, they will wrap them in blankets and cradle them like a baby. And I just think that we should be encouraging little girls’ natural inclination to be nurturing and loving instead of saying “no honey, you’re going to grow up to do anything a man can!!!” Females can’t do everything that males can. We are not physically capable and no amount of feminism is going to change that. We’re here to do everything that men can’t.
