did I want Zalex to be endgame? yes. do i also ship alex with charlie? yes. in the end all i really cared about was alex’s happiness & that’s all i’ve really cared about for 4 seasons. i do think zach and alex had amazing chemistry and i do feel kind of cheated in a way that they did not end up together bc i felt like that’s what their storyline together had been leading up to (though maybe i was just reading too much into it idk). but at the end of the day alex is happy & i actually really like charlie. he wasn’t the most complex character on the show but he was super sweet & always had cookies, & he’s bisexual which i always love seeing bc it makes me feel super validated. anyways, those are my thoughts.

He’s just adorable

He always has homemade cookies

He learned how to make pot cookies so he could take care of his mum when she was going through chemo

He read up on TBIs so that he could help and support Alex if needed

He wasn’t directly involved in any of the Bryce and Monty stuff but still stuck around to help

His promposal in the classroom with the fake candles

Looked adorable in his Prom tiara
