Pokémon Fankid Week Day 6: Ultra-Wormhole Siblings

I had a lot of trouble deciding for this day, but then I remembered I like the trope of twins where one is (maybe) dead, so I went with @seadolph 's Mahina and Lehu!!! I drew them here with my own Ilima/Mina kid, Aya, and maybe it's just that all three wear yellow but I think they look great together!

Pokémon Fankid Week Day 5: Gala!

Storm Stone, Princess Lulu (the coordinator), Princess Luna (the princess), Micah, and April Cerise were invited to some sort of event.... but Princess Luna happened to be "busy" so her little brother, Prince Mint, went in her place. (He hates that kind of stuff, but will do it if it means his sister can enjoy herself as a coordinator while she can. Maybe he can talk with April about her mom's research on Eevee.)

you know what? at first it was just me rambling in the tags, but after thinking more about it, having Edward and Farran end up together makes sense!

Edward wants to open a sanctuary for lost/abandoned/rescued Pokémon (with Meowth helping to reunite them with their trainers in the cases that apply), while Farran ultimately wants to become a Pokémon Doctor (after he finds his parents, of course), so they could pretty well work in the sanctuary together

and that's without mentioning how their parents' pasts are intertwined with team rocket and that their goals are at least in some part influenced by wanting to diminish the damage team rocket has caused

Pokémon Fankid Week Day 4: Rivals

Canon has been raised to aim for the top of Contests, and modeling, and why not add Showcases and Musicals to it? Which, sure, she enjoys a lot, but also... she loves battling. And wants to try doing it in a way where she doesn't also have to focus on aesthetics. She just wants to enjoy the teamwork between herself and her pokemon and do their best together without caring about anything else.

Enter, "Anon", the identity she decides to challenge Gyms with.

However, as she decides to tackle both stages, she gains two rivals: Nikon for the Contests, and Amity for the League.

They eventually find her out and the three travel together lol. Nikon falls head over heels for her though!

This is what happens when you team up with a kid who says they're a "secret agent" and they'll help you find your missing parents and their "Team Rocket informants" are two kids who argue over eating vegetables.

Pokémon Fankid Week Day 2: First Win!

I chose to go with this pair of cousins, Dana and Tessa! Being the same age, they started their journey at the same time, but since both want to be gym leaders in the future, they're rivals too! They have very different ideas about their rivalry though, which causes Dana to have very conflicted feelings when her cousin congratulates her when she earns her first gym medal.

Pokémon Fankid Week Day 1: First Friend / First Pokemon

I decided to tackle both prompts at the same time, and also I decided it'd be a good chance to "redraw" this art from my previous blog.

Piplup and Turtwig are Aster and Sylvan's first pokemon respectively, and Aster and Sylvan are Will's first human friends outside of his family.

The boys are a bit too much for Will at first, but after some shenanigans, meeting more friends and rivals, and dealing with the "revival" of Team Galactic (by revival i mean a trio of teenage delinquents lol), they eventually grow closer as friends.

A quick explanation on #6, Ultra Space both in game and anime canon does connect all known Universes to each other. Wormhole siblings are both alternate kids YOU may have AND other creator's kids!! All of our aus are aus of each other in a way!

This may be completely missing the mark, but I've been staring at them for a while and... is Kiyoka possibly Hilda's daughter? (Kuroha has shades of Calem in his hair as well.) I know their original designs were introduced together on the old blog as well and my brain can't help but conjure a parent-trap situation.

You got it completely right! They're twins and it was a parent trap situation, but they end up becoming best friends after traveling together for a while.

Only Hilda, Calem, Hilbert, Yancy and Curtis know, and they eventually end up telling them since they met each other.
