Just think of this cute bus driver smiling and waving at you when you exit.
If you take the bus, wave to the driver and thank them as you're getting off the bus.
Being a bus driver is an underappreciated and difficult job but still very vital to society. They still have to do customer service and deal with rude and even aggressive passengers, and on top of that have to deal with traffic and other drivers all day (and let's face it, there's a lot of bad drivers out there who aren't considerate about sharing the road). All while providing an invaluable service of getting us where we need to go. Showing them some appreciation can go a long ways for someone doing such an important job that usually gets little to no recognition or thanks.
But if Buster Keaton keeps it up he may get down far enough to make his lips collide enjoyably with Sybil Sealey's [Seely]. As a matter of fact, he succeeded (in the movies), and Buster claims it was worth the trouble.
The ladder, you see, is a queer contraption, with pulleys and ropes and wires and everything. Is there a man who wouldn't climb it for Sybil?

Did Buster Keaton ever had a beard/moustache/ something like that?
Buster primarily went with a clean-shaven face. There are two where he has a mustache and I have one where you can see a bit of a shadow (I know I have others but I'm in the middle of organizing my photos right now and that's a bit more difficult to locate) There are also of course all of the fake ones..
