"Uh yeah? Somewhere with lots of hot aliens, that's where. But for realsies um, I don't know, some place I haven't seen before that Alternia just doesn't have. What's the point of going off-planet for a vacation if you're just going to do and see the same shit you could have seen on planet for cheaper, ya know?"

"Bro I buy bacon made from Trolls from the store, I cannot give a fuck. I don't know why people bulk at labels like grubsauce, I thought it was pretty normal. Trolls eat bugs and trolls is bugs, so bugs eat bugs, man. Seems logical to me."

🩺- How do you access healthcare? Do you have access to doctors or do you have to rely on other forms of medicine?

"My work provides some form of health insurance. It's not the best, but it's better than not getting any. I live in the city so... there's doctors. If they work under Artilleron I'm less enthusiastic about going, but also good like finding anyone who isn't employed by Artilleron. Gotta take what you can get sometimes."

He goes still for a moment, eyes becoming unfocused as he looks past the viewer. It lasts for several heartbeats as a burning feeling could be felt in the center of his forehead. A hand traces the spot lightly, curiously, but before long it fades. He winces before speaking.

"Hm? Wha? Oh, no. They're just some collection of stories some shithead made up. Good for mindless conspiracies and horror games though. Existential dread really is something."

once again starting with i really need to finish actually writing the thing that made me think of this but. one of my favorite things abt hadaly is that she's been exclusively working on deep space missions for so long that she's forgotten what life is like in the major population centers. like the surveillance state can only reach so far and usually the hyperspecialized research ships she's assigned to are really not of much interest and in remote enough locations to not get much oversight.

bc like. uranie and qetesh are academics that get extended periods of on-planet duty to do the analysis they can't do in space and publish their research. hadaly is a technician. if she is on-planet it's for shore leave, and she's so in demand that she rarely gets any kind of break.

Oijiev Roesia, also known as Cenobite Silkveil, High Ventriloquisitor of the Saint-Éloize Big Top.

Oijiev runs a big circus and manages a lot of monkeys. Under her leadership, the Mirthful Church has turned the region of Saint-Éloize into a theocracy. Despite this, she somehow remains in good standing with the Empire. In certain Fleet circles, the rumor is that she's very high up in the Alternian Intelligence Agency, and that they likely backed her takeover of Saint-Éloize.

But to the public, she's not known for her role in the Church or in the AIA. She's known for her former career as a singer in a goth band. Her concerts became legendary for the riots they would cause, since anyone who heard her voice would be compelled to commit all kinds of violent acts. But her fashion style became even more iconic, she has been one of Alternia's top gothic lolita tastemakers for hundreds of sweeps.

She has largely left the rock star life behind, preferring to focus on her Church duties and political aspirations. She comes off as confident yet reserved, and only speaks telepathically or through a marionette she carries with her, to mitigate the effect of her voice. While she is very busy, she spends her limited free time finding rare dresses for her collection, studying Mirthful Church theology, or shit talking others' outfits online.

Chronically online, arrogant and calculative, Radzin is surprisingly more worried about how he's perceived, more so in real life rather than on the internet. In person, he can seem generally disinterested in a lot that's going on, mostly because he's busy with his own thoughts; His side job makes sure to keep him busy, but he doesn't mind it, on account of it's closeness with his personal interests. He sells collector items online, ranging from limited edition figurines and games to cards and comics; To him, it's a lot more enjoyable than lounging behind the counter at the local vape shop, but the pretentious pride he carries with him makes it feel pretty worth it. For the most part, he's normal, if you don't count his mild paranoia that slips through the cracks and that he finds rage-baiting entertaining as long as it's happening to other people rather than himself. He likes playing online games, shittalking in multiplayer lobbies, and going to the card shop on game night to flex skill.

she’s a scene queen raver! she’s in a trio i call “the ravers” with fozdez and tyvena. they organize raves in abandoned buildings. nataly is one of the hosts and idk–i guess u could say go go dancer! she’s pretty well known in their scene because of she’s always accompanying tyvena whenever she djs. she’s constantly for an RBF and hates everything just because. so so cynical and a hater for real. which is so funny bc i joke that she has a secret fujoshi side or something #RISEFUJOSISTER . also ignore juules there it belongs to kait and its a freak LMFAO
