The doors to the bakery flew open and the blonde casually strolled through, walking in like he owned the place.
“Roll out the red carpet, Ma! I’m home!” he said, smirking and looking around. Always wearing that same smug expression, this one. It’s like it’s his default mood. He idly kicked the doors shut with his foot in one casual swing.

Robin looked up from where he was wiping the counter down as the door flew open, and his brother let out a loud yelp and jumped behind the counter. He let out a sigh and pulled out a binder labeled “Ramu’s Associates & Children”, and flipped to the page where the face in front of him popped up, very early on. “It’s okay, Tae. He’s one of Master’s kids. Go get her?”
Tae looked up from where he was crouched and nodded before running to the back.
Kazari instantly locked onto Robin as soon as he saw him. “Robin! Old buddy, old pal.” He moseyed over, wrapping an arm around his shoulder and looking at the picture of himself in the book. “Oh? Who’s this handsome fellow?”
The Greeed snatched it away and let go of Robin, leaning a bit closer to examine the illustration. “Hmm. I think it captured my good side,” he mused.

Kazari stared down at Nanashi. “So you’re the one I was sensing…and here I was, thinking it was one of my siblings.”
He watched the smaller creature carefully. For some reason, his instincts did not trust it. At all.
The Greeed smirked when he saw the scorpion tail emerge. “Easy, kid, easy.” He pulled out one of his cores, holding it between his two fingers. “I’m just like you. See? No need to get so defensive. Relax.”
Instinctively she showed him one of her own Cores, as black as tar against her gloves’ blue fabric. “You are a Greeed, one of the originals no less.”she comments. “Ah, I found no need to hide so that’s why my tail is out.” She wasn’t going to attack unless warranted. “You can come inside if you like, I’m not going to work until much later.” The little Eleking spits the battery out when she walks by a trash can.
“As for Kaminari, he is what my boyfriend calls a Lim Eleking, a creature from his world with electrical powers.” she explained as she heard the battery hit the bottom of the trash can
Kazari stepped in a little closer to get a better look at the core. She had a scorpion tail...what was this one? The color of the medal didn’t make it easy to discern the details of the animal depicted on it at all.
“That I am! In the flesh. No autographs or flash photography, please,” he said with a smirk. “What’s with the partial transformation, though? That’s, ah, not something we do.”
He stepped off the porch he’d jumped up onto (what? He’s never been above breaking and entering), and entered the apartment. Tossing the Tora core he’d extracted from himself up and down, the Greeed stuck his other hand in his pocket.
“A limber what now?” He asked. “I got the electric part...this looks like a smaller version of something those big silver guys would fight.”

“And you are?”
Nanashi’s nose scrunched up as she stared at the guy at her door. Her voice as well as her expression showed how tired she was. On her head was a rather out of place reptilian creature that had a battery sticking out of its mouth. The creature was decidedly not of this world but it stuck around long enough to be named by the sole resident of the apartment. “Who told you about me? And how did you find my address?” Peering past her one can see she lived rather comfortably but then again she did work for a certain Kousei Kougami.
“Given I come in late for work on these days I’ll humor you.” With that she lets a shiny black scorpion tail uncurl from her waist. “Kaminari, off. I gave you your snack.” she told the little stowaway. A non-stop stream of chirping filled the air as the small Eleking fussed about..
“Fine you can stay.”
Kazari stared down at Nanashi. “So you’re the one I was sensing...and here I was, thinking it was one of my siblings.”

"Hey, Kazari..." Angela warns. "I think I ran into one of your siblings. Tall guy, smarmy look, green jacket. Sound familiar?"
“Ah! That must be my favorite slimy git, Uva! He looks like the kind of person you’d find if you turned rocks and logs over...which, to be fair, makes sense, since he’s an overgrown roach.” He smirks. “It sounds like someone’s going to be cruising for a bruising soon. Did he do anything, chief? I don’t mind whalloping him a few times. No, really. Give me an excuse. Any one will do.”

“Hm…” She seemed to think it over, keeping a small pile of Cells in her hand out of reach of Kazari. “I would need a good reason…”
Oops. Too late. Kazari’s got them because super speed and a quick somersault over her. “Ah, that hit the spot,” he said, looking over his shoulder and grinning. “Thank you for your kind donation, dear sister.”

“No you just make monsters from them,” Shinnosuke replied. “Put down the statue and step outside.”
Euryale finally stopped laughing and smiled. “Finally. I am myself again. You, human,” She addressed the art collector, “Where did you find my Cores?”
“Yes! And we feed off their by-product. Very key difference. Just a bit of fun and games.” Kazari, still with his hands up, slowly scoots over to his sister. He has definitely not put down the cat statue.
The artist, meanwhile, grabbed Shinnosuke’s pantleg because he was still on the ground and the officer was the only thing between him and certain death at the moment. “I-I bought them at an underground aucti-- oops!” He lets go of Shinnosuke and scrambles to his feet, making a mad dash to get away from the scene.
“Oh, look at that. Seems you’ve got a new perp! Hey, I’ve got one last statement before you take me in, officer- CHEESE IT, SIS, IT’S THE FUZZ!” With that, the Greeed invoked his super speed and got the heck out of dodge.

“You’ve been busy Brother, and I have too,” She smirked, twirling a Cell Medal between her fingers. “While it’s taken me this long to find my Cores, I have Cells to last for eons.”
“What can I say? I live an interesting life.” He hears the cores and he grabs her shoulders. “Oh, god, really!? Can I have some?! I’m starving here! Do you know how hard it is to make Yummys nowadays when I can’t walk ten feet without tripping over a new Rider?!”

“Met one or two, they made for some excellent Yummies.” She smiled.
“I...never thought of doing that,” Kazari admitted. “Let’s see, what else...I fought the embodiment of fear once. That was fun, you know. Having hellish nightmares, but I got to claw his face off before a bud of mine did that Rider thing, that was nice.” He taps his chin.
“There’s a couple of other things, I’m sure.”

“Uh huh, sure.” She nodded, unconvinced.
“I’m not saying that I won the first time!” Kazari crossed his arms, huffing. “He was kind of tearing up everything, it would have been stupid to not fight him. Can’t relax on a pile of rubble, after all.”
“Or, you know, there’s the loads of other guys I’ve gotten into turf wars with. Just so you know: Fangire are dicks.”

"I don't see how any of those apply to you Brother dear," Euryale picked at her nails.

Euryale crossed her arms, raising an eyebrow at her brother, “That jackass came back? I doubt you beat him on our own.”
“Oh, I did. You know, in the rematch. Because I kind of got my heart ripped out the first time.”

“Excuse you, I do other things outside of being a general nuisance,” he said. “There was a time a couple of years ago where grandfather dearest decided to come back to life in modern day. Sooooo, I fought him. And beat him.”
