I think this weekend is the weekend I'm finally going to attempt the lemon iced oatmeal blueberry raisin cookie idea I've had in my head for a long time. We gotta work on a more concise name, but the plan is to make blueberry raisins, add them to my oatmeal raisin cookie recipe, and add a lemon zesty icing on top.
