My roleplay partners (all 6 of them) have taken a vacation at the exact same time, so now i will begin my own self roleplay (a story) here (tumblr) because they abandoned me (have lives) *sniffle* it's just so lonely, what am i supposed to do without them?! Write for myself?! Draw for myself?! No! ;n;
Anyways: tw blood, hurty, cussing, threat of dying, possibly a vague mention of digestion and prey teasing but he's fine, kirin's fine
Boz was a scruffy little thing, barely larger than your average human male, because of her elf side she was a good 2 meters and some change tall. Contrary to her own self image she had a tail, a good meter in length, that she usually kept tucked away. Regardless of her attempts to hide it everyone else on the ship knew it was there.
"will someone, PLEASE, fix that leak!" Her voice rang out over the ship, the small harpy up in the crow's nest just pressing himself into the mess of straw and feathers in an attempt to disappear amongst them, it wasnt Kirin's job to fix anything he was just a scout, and the smallest of the crew as well, he couldnt do anything.
The captain, Kuren, wasn't even paying any attention to her, flipping the map on his desk several times as if moving it would make it more readable, even if dragons were meant to be old and wise Kuren was not that. He was brazen, head strong, and overall the most chaotic on the ship, there was really no telling what this man would do at any given moment.
The sound of scales on wood came from below the deck, Boz heard it, turning her head down to follow the noise "That best be the sound of you fixing my fuckin ship Davion" the naga below gave a soft and hollow hiss, it was like a very disgruntled ghost was telling her the shut up. The naga had lived below deck for most of their trips, he preferred the nice quiet space below over the deck where Kuren was usually getting screamed at by Boz. Davion was pretty large for something that was living on the ship, he stretched 7 meters long, not counting his upper body which was another 2 meters, more than capable at making something like a human disappear for good. He was the security in the ship, it seemed now he was demoted to repairman. He went over to the hole in the hull, slapping sealant on, using a brush to smooth it out before covering it with a plank so that it could dry "Done" he called back. Disappointed when he noticed no thanking for his tedious task.
Boz was busy anyways, trying to explain to Kuren this was the wrong map, getting increasingly frustrated "that is the North sea, we're in the South!"
The dragon growled softly "oh yah cause obviously we didnt just pass Deya's Grace, right?!"
"yes! We passed Aubric's Demise!" She ruffled her hair with her fingers, ready to slap this himbo silly. "Get the other map!"
"..." He squinted at the map before looking to the sky and back at the map "but i wanna use this one"
The blank stare told him a lot about what was gonna happen now, he felt the hair on the back of his neck bristle a bit before rolling up the map to switch it out, swallowing hard "i think i used the wrong map" he mumbled
She gave a long and hard sigh, waiting for him to switch it, pointing at it "right there, there is where we are, we need to get here... Can we do that?" She pointed to a piece of land.
He gave a nod "yah, then we need to turn more north huh?" He made a small mark, measuring out where they needed to turn before going out to turn the wheel, sighing softly as he did.
She went back to writing out note and making sure their path wouldnt be through known sea dragon territory since that was always a mess. Satisfied she went to sit on the deck and sun herself.
After awhile she was awoken by the smell of food, the others on the crew had already beat her downstairs since they had a much better sense of smell. She groggily dragged herself down, clutching the jacket that had been draped over her, sitting down at the little table they had set up. Davion made no comment as he set a plate out for her, even half awake she gripped it tenderly to keep it from sliding off the table with the rocking of the ship. She sipped at the soup, her mind too foggy to pay any attention to Kuren and Kirin's argument over who has better feathers. It was kinda nice, she had to admit being surrounded by these guys reminded her of home. The silence caught her off guard, they'd stopped to look at her.
"are you ok?" Kirin was the first to speak up
"huh" she was kinda caught off guard "yah- why?"
Davion gently brushed her cheek with his hand, she could feel the moisture wicked away by his scales "you've been crying love"
She blushed, feeling her cheek, it was wet, freshly as well "yah- sorry i guess... I was just thinking of Dad and Pop you know?" She gave a not so convincing smile, she could feel her facade already crumbling as they checked on her. She flinched when the other pulled her off her stool, taking her bowl away, which she protested immediately before being subdued by the naga's tail holding her tight "Davion" she tried to get him off, tensing when she noticed the dragon getting up "Kuren- no- stop"
He rolled his eyes, coming over and wrapping his arms around her as well, Kirin hesitant but joining regardless. She could feel her body relaxing a bit, swallowing hard "i hate you guys" she mumbled, it felt great honestly but being held down like this, she didnt like being powerless. A soft purr coming from her chest as the harpy nuzzled against her knee. "Ok you can put me down now"
The dragon huffed "a thank you? Before we free you?" He had a devious little smirk.
She glared at him "i will skin you in your sleep"
Davion let her go, Kuren clapping his hands and exclaiming "hear that guys, we got a thank you"
She rolled her eyes, taking her bowl back from the naga "you guys suck sometimes you know that?" She almost tripped on Kirin, a small sorry escaping her out of habit as she went to sit down. The whole mood shifting back to the others being giddy and picking on each other, occasionally commenting on Boz's permanent blush to which she ignored.
Afterwards Kuren volunteered to clean up the dinner setting, the others going back to their spots, Boz was a little unnerved honestly when she came up and it was just a bunch of fog. She sighed and went to the helm to try and make sure they didnt hit anything "Kirin, can you check for rocks?"
"aye" the harpy replied before flying off into the clouds.
He would return periodically, giving her the all clear before going out once more. After a few times though he failed to return, at first she assumed he found something, it didnt take long for it to shift to worry. She went towards the bow of the ship, trying to see if she could see anything. Nothing. Just clouds. She turned to go get Kuren before the sound of something whizzing through the air cut the silence, a ball and rope shooting past her to wrap the mast. The whole boat jerked as the sound of voices became apparent. She hid behind some barrels, she didnt have her weapon-
A lizard folk, a kobold, and a naga all climbed onto their ship, the naga seemed to be a smaller species, about the size of an alligator. Boz was trying to get a good enough look to know if it was a venomous species, pausing when she noticed the sizable lump in it's tail. Shit- she needed the others, but those were all faster than her. She wasnt sure if she could make it to the hatch before them, keeping low to the ground as she crept before breaking into a sprint. She was sure she'd make it, that was until the searing pain in her side reached her brain. The lizard had been much quicker than her, some kind of monitor so he was built for running, he'd closed the gap effortlessly and dug his claws between her ribs, lifting her up like that. She gasped softly, squirming a little in his grip. That just seemed to amuse him "what's a cute little girl doing out here?" He chuckled, it wasnt like he expected an answer, she wasnt something he'd even see as a threat, he was wrong. "Lightning" she mumbled, smearing her hand with her own blood "what'd you say?" He huffed, bringing her a little closer.
She grabbed his snout "LIGHTNING" a bolt travelled from her chest, through her arms and into the offending lizard, the assailant didnt even really have a chance after making the mistake of coming in contact with her. The other two seemed surprised, their worries almost completely wiped out when the enemy that just killed their ally couldn't get her ribs unstuck from his claws. They just kinda chuckled, the lizard going to open the hatch to the lower deck "you, watch her, im gonna get their loot" he didnt really expect anything to be down there if the ship so far just had an overconfident elf and a stupidly easy harpy.
The naga got a little closer to watch her struggle, patting the lump in his tail with a smirk "was this your friend by chance?" She growled at him like a chained dog, her eyes fixated on him as if daring him to get closer. He didnt seem all that scared though "dont worry, maybe with a little magic we can let you join him" his ear twitched, he could've sworn he heard something down stairs, going to the hatch to peek in "Hutch? Everything ok?"... Silence, just silence, not someone trying to be quiet but something that felt absolute. He hesitated, moving down a little bit, a groan coming from his belly when he hit the stairs "shush" he hissed to his captive. As soon as his gaze had been turned away the larger snake struck. He didnt even get to scream as his face was grabbed and slammed to the floor, Davion's hiss was loud, the smaller snake could feel it all the way in his bones. He resorted to thrashing and clawing, making no progress against something that big. Davion lifted him, his eyes wandering to the lump "what do you think" he looked back up at the snake's face "should i grill or stew you?" A little whimper escaped, he couldnt beg, not like this. All he could do was try to pry the naga's hand off his face, his cries becoming more frantic as they descended the stairs before it went silent.
Boz was left there for a bit, Kuren finally coming up, licking the blood off his hands he stopped and stared "... You good?"
She glared at him "do i look good?"
He smirked, coming over to help "well yah, always, got the prettiest face on the ship" he looked the wound over, ignoring the hiss he got from her. He took the charred lizard's wrist and pulled it off from the body, grabbing her bridal style "med bay time for you"
She growled at him softly "you're lucky you're the captain"
He wagged his tail a little "i know" heading down to leave her with Davion to be treated, he was already busy with Kirin so Boz wasnt in much of a hurry. Pouting as she laid there with the dragon watching "you should check they're all gone"
He groaned dramatically "but Bozzzzzz" she shot him a look "ugh& fineeeeee" he marched up the stairs.
It wasnt much, and it wasnt all good times, but these guys were pretty awesome for idiots that got themselves a boat. She smiled a bit, gods, she really liked these idiots.

Fish fish fish fish i need fish, fish fish fish
A mer pred finding a human trapped on an island, the capacity to save them but they arent willing to do so, torturing them and just generally mocking them. Finding their scribbled out plans when they're asleep, realize how much they're actually hated, get pouty and leave a boat where the prey will find it and disappearing. Prey gets up in the morning and is overjoyed they can just leave, realizes the big fish isnt there to stop them, kinda concerned but wanna escape. Starts sailing, storm, needs saved by big fish. Big fish is still moody and just leaves again

Anyone else absolutely obsessed with lab settings? Either a scientist being locked in or falling into the enclosure on accident or a smaller subject being introduced to see if there'll be conflict. Mmmmmm tiny anxiety yessssss and then if there's a language barrier or the giant looks mean af but they're just a snuggly lil guy

Im so invested in them
Has Sebastian ever felt guilty for being a bit too mean or taking the teasing too far?
Btw I love ur art! It’s so amazing to see more fandom g/t
Some mild angst on this fine Sunday evening
Watch me draw Seb in a new style every pic 💃 I'll keep my yapping about these two under the cut
Oh and to the second person that sent in a similar ask— don't worry I brain stormed up something for that one too, I just gotta get drawing!
So first, thank you! I'm glad people like seeing whatever I make even if it's inconsistent as heck. Sometimes I can draw Seb as a pretty boy and other times his features come out more simplified and I dunno what causes this 😭 I only started drawing more g/t stuff recently— I've always been embarrassed about it for some reason. But since Sebastian is already so big I don't think it's too far fetched to imagine him bigger (or Wren is super small... unsure what is happening)
And as for my comments on this, I imagined this run in particular maybe Wren already had a few close calls, or something was on their mind and they were already overwhelmed before Sebastian even started joking with them. After Wren took his teasing a bit too seriously they just burst out crying and couldn't stop :C so Seb just puts them down and lets them cry it out elsewhere
I try not to make Sebastian too OOC when imagining OC stuff with him, so I think he would simply back off and distance himself from the emotional ruckus he caused on accident. He's still very human and would feel guilt for playing a joke too far, but I don't think he's the type to admit it and apologize. At least not to some Expendable / prisoner he's just trying to get data off of at the end of the day. He'd just silently wait for it to be water under the bridge. The Expendables need his supplies to get close to the precious crystal anyway (at the very least the keycard in his shop), so Wren will have no choice but to come back. It might be awkward initially though

No one talks about the after
Like wish antbu11y, he's shrunk down to learn a lesson and gets all smiley and cares for the ants after ok... But what about the loss, you can never hear your found family again, even in your ear they're just a buzz, just mowing the lawn or rain means that people you learned to love like family could die. You are too big for their world again, too big to love them, too big to confide in your closest friend.
Or a videogame, transferred into it, you come back and now they are just npcs again, you loved, lost, learned, grew, had such a wonderful and rich life and it's just ... Gone
Idk, i like the edginess of being world shifted, being turned into something else, ect and you just cant get back to them or you have to choose them or your life before. How do you deal with a guilt you cant explain to anyone else...

Hear me out.... Parasites
Sure being a giant means you can prey on basically anything, but what about things preying on you? Some little vampire creature trying to attach between your shoulders so it can drink your blood, some kinda monster that looks human but when you swallow it: it attaches to your insides. Bonus points if the parasite doesnt really want to be a parasite or understand that it's parasitizing the giant.

Lips the size of a car, teeth to match, the whole scene should be terrifying, but all i want is to get close. I want to tenderly run my fingers along the slabs of bone meant to rip and tear. I want the muscle nestled behind them to gently caress me. I want this vicious predator to hold me in what may be my grave, so softly, so carefully, that i know i am important to them. An insect, a blip, a little speck in their life, that means more to them than it could ever have thought.

Nom story (vore) you have been warned
(fearplay cause i like that, a little bit of injury, digestion, partial digestion, wholesome end???)
The bus's wheels made a rumbling noise as it went over the dirt and sand of the desert. Carmine was the only one on the bus at the moment, she'd assumed that she could make it across the Devil's Valley if she stole the bus and drove it for herself. If she went with a group the survival rate was closer to 0 than she was comfortable with, only 1 out of 20 busses actually making it to the check point. She could feel her palms getting sweaty as her heart rate started to rise, catching glances of the butte in the distance, that was its lair. There was some kind of monster that lived there, anytime the refugees tried to cross the beast would rush out and devour them. There were already several buses ripped to shreds and strewn about the area. Honestly she was kinda hoping the broken buses would hide her a little bit. Apparently not-
She felt the ground start to rumble, struggling to keep a grip on the steering wheel, even though she'd never experienced it herself she knew exactly what that meant, it felt like footsteps but much too loud. The vague shape of something large rapidly approaching, she gunned it, slamming her foot on the gas the bus lurched before speeding off. She knew she couldn't out run it so she made a beeline for the buttes in the distance.
She was lucky the air bag triggered in time, or else her face would've slammed the dashboard instead, it'd already caught up?! How did it- the bus was suddenly lifted, causing her to fall out of her seat, as she was getting her bearings she finally saw it, through the windows it's eye was looking right at her. Her blood ran cold, she wasnt even sure if her heart was racing or had stopped altogether, her stomach threatening to release it's contents as the massive creature seemed to study her. There was a sickening shriek of metal being cleaved from the rest of the bus, claws the size of her ripping the top off the vehicle. She scrambled like she had somewhere to go, trying to run to the back to attempt to hide. Large fingers pinching her hips and lifting her from the only place she still felt safe. She watched as it was dropped, flinching a little when the hunk of junk hit the ground. A yelp escaping as the giant brought his foot down to flatten it, there go her hopes of escaping.
She could feel the hair raise on the back of her neck as his breath washed over her, all she could really see at the moment was his lips and nose, her hands trembling as she tried to hold herself steady. He gave a smirk, flashing his teeth, oh gods they were huge, he could easily just pop her head without even noticing. She started to squirm as he opened his mouth, her hands uselessly slapping against the digits holding her in place.
"ready to see what my insides look like?" He had a chuckle to his voice, not waiting for an answer as he brought her towards his awaiting maw. She struggled to even find the words, terror filling her body as she saw her surroundings slowly be replaced
"I CANT-" she yelled, the hand stopping... She was pulled back into the light, brought up to eye level.
"the fuck you mean you cant??? Im eating you" he wrinkled his nose a bit, somewhere between confused and irritated
She swallowed hard, starting to feel dizzy, fighting to keep herself awake "i cant see you're... Insides" she swallowed hard, she could feel bile pooling in the back of her throat "it's uh... It's dark... I cant... See in the dark?" She finally looked him in the eyes. Flinching at the sight of them alone, the pupils were pointed like a cat's. He seemed to be just... Starring at her.
There was a tug at the corner of his mouth, a little "heh" escaping before he started laughing, his free hand over his forehead as he threw his head back "oh you're funny- i havent heard that one before" he kept chuckling in between speaking "fine, i wont eat you"
Some how that didnt seem like as much a relief as she thought it'd be
"until someone comes along with a flashlight so you can see" he sneered
Oop, yah, that's why she didnt feel safe. She grimaced, unable to even start to protest before he turned around to head back home, letting her dangle over the rocky terrain, almost a passive threat he WILL drop her if she bites him. A small whimper escaped her, he obviously heard it but didnt acknowledge her, going inside to put her on his bed "get comfortable" he purred, she could tell just by the look in his eyes he was toying with her "you're gonna be here awhile~"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
He was right, not many people came through with flashlights in the coming month, not that he really checked before chugging down the bus loads of people. The first week he seemed to make sure to lay his stomach down next to her after a meal, he liked to watch her squirm. Though the initial charm of scaring her wore off after week 1.
Week 2 he seemed to be more relaxed, finally asking her questions like she was a person. She didnt trust him, not once, but answered regardless
"why are you guys sending tour buses where i am? You know it's like a free buffet right?"
She picked at her fingers, avoiding eye contact yet again, it was starting to annoy him "they arent tour buses"
He growled a little "then what the hells are they, after like the first three times most people stop"
"civilian buses" she mumbled, at least he seemed to have heard her. It was unnerving to see his expression remain unchanged while he thought, this was apparently new information for him "... They... What they do to you is worse than being eaten" she tried to explain further in the hopes he'd stop staring at her.
Instead that seemed to encourage him to pick her up, she was starting to hate the way he handled her, always rough and fast like she was his plaything "you're gonna get the latter you know?" He huffed a bit "i know we havent found you your little light but maybe you need a reminder" he opened his mouth and pressed her partially inside, relaxing a little when she started to thrash in an attempt to get free. For once she did manage to slip free, unluckily the only way to go was down. She yelped as she fell into his mouth, he seemed surprised as well, snickering as he fished her out "i didnt think you'd be so eager..." His teasing was short lived, she was limp in his hand, damn it she fainted again. He rolled his eyes as he adjusted to lay on his back, hesitantly putting her to his chest and laying his hand over her.
Week 3 is when he started to notice he didnt really WANT to eat her anymore, he'd stopped checking, stopped hunting, altogether. He would still chase the buses and play it up that he definitely ate someone but wouldnt actually go through with any of it. The really blow to his ego came when he noticed it was kinda upsetting when he scared her on accident, not teasing but just reaching for her or trying to adjust something. This thing was messing with his head
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
That's when that day happened, apparently word got around that he'd weakened and they sent a tank to try and take him out. The little human had been sitting where she could see it approaching, a squeak escaping her. That wasnt a resistance tank "they're gonna... They're gonna take me" she dreaded aloud, mostly to herself since she assumed the giant was asleep. A huff of air making her tense up as he sighed, sitting up "you dont take from a giant, that's stupid" he got up, she could only really watch as he went outside.
He stared at the little hunk of metal, wrinkling his nose, it looked shoddy, hastily made. He was overconfident, sure he could take a few hits without this rust bucket doing much "you want a free shot little guy?" He joked, not really expecting it to take aim. He wasnt actually even paying attention until it sent a round straight into his chest. He gasped, shocked, it hurt, it actually hurt. It made him sick to think about, he needed to destroy this thing NOW. His chuckle slid back into a growl, running for the little tank, it started to try and back up but he was faster than it, sliding down on his knees, his fingers wrapped around the top, the crunch of metal resounded as his claws dug in. With a quick yank he removed the top, the two soldiers inside panicking, he skipped the formalities, angry, he had no reason to toy with someone like this who had the audacity to try and slay him. He brought them one after another to his mouth, not even tasting them as he greedily swallowed.
That's when he saw it, one of those larger flashlights strapped to the inside of the tank. There was hesitation, he didnt like that he was hesitating, why was he hesitating. He shook it off, grabbing the light before stomping back to the butte, his steps shaking the entire world for the poor human. She scooted back when he approached her, his changed demeanor giving her that sick feeling again "you" he growled "take this" he shoved the small device into her grip. Her face paling when she realized what this was, this couldnt be happening, after she'd survived so long he was just- she was just. She gagged, coughing as she fought the sick feeling in her stomach. The giant ignoring that as he reached for her, he tensed and pulled his hand back before reaching her, the adrenaline starting to wear off, now he was really feeling his broken rib. He wobbled a little before getting down in his knees, beads of sweat sliding down his face. He'd never felt actual pain like this, it was horrible.
He coughed, laying down on his back, it felt like it was just getting worse. He was dizzy, it felt like his vision was slowly going black and he couldnt stop it, seeing the human peeking over the edge at him before his eyes fully closed. He couldnt handle this, his body knew that.
She couldnt believe it, she could leave, she could run away, she HAD to. But somehow she couldnt. He stared at him for awhile before finally making a move, using the blanket to rappell down she made her way across the floor. She went to the little spring he had flowing in the corner, cupping some in her hands before going to try and drop it on his lips. She couldnt just leave him like this, and it wasnt like she'd survive the desert heat the whole 18 miles. So instead she spent the next few hours repeating that process till she was tired, laying down next to him to just kinda watch him sleep. He was incredible when he wasnt trying to murder you, since he was out cold she slowly drifted off herself, assuming she'd wake up before him.
She did not. He was groggy and a little disoriented but he was for sure awake first, he glanced around before spotting her, he could feel the dried streaks of water on his cheeks. He winced as he sat up, having to go slowly. This was all cause he got soft, obviously, she was poisoning him. He glanced at the bed, finding the little device, he growled as he grabbed it. Looking it over he then yanked her from the ground, startling her awake, he couldn't even take amusement in her flailing. He narrowed his eyes as he shoved it into her hands "i said i would so now i am" she was confused for a moment, clinging to the flashlight, he sounded more like he was talking to himself than her. Not that it really mattered as in a matter of seconds she found herself being tossed around and coated with saliva, she didnt dare let got if the flashlight, as if it'd somehow save her, the light illuminating the fleshy prison as it rolled her in the slimy substance it was producing. She coughed and sputtered, using her feet to try and push herself around, that's when the light finally shown without being obstructed by his tongue, her heart dropped as she realized she was looking at his throat. The pulsing muscles twitching in anticipation, it felt like time had stopped for a second, her voice wouldnt come out no matter how hard she fought, tears welling in her eyes as she started to take in what was actually happening "wait-" she didnt even get to finish, the tunnel squeezing her head, the sound of the gulp seemed to vibrate every bone in her body. The light was almost no help, being covered every time the surroundings squeezed. She could feel his hand tracing her descent, he was going slow on purpose, only swallowing again once she went past the sternum. She was unceremoniously thrown into the awaiting organ, immediately regretting having her light, she could see everything. The air itself seemed to be acidic, burning to breathing, she coughed and covered her face with her arm, moving the light around the small space with her other hand, she could see it undulating, his heart beat loud, drowning out all her thoughts, or was that hers? It was hard to tell like this. The surroundings grumbled, a soft gurgling noise coming from somewhere deeper in the organ, she made no attempt to check, knowing she wouldnt like what she found. Gastric fluids pooled around her, starting to fill gradually as it seemed to have noticed she was in there, already starting to itch she made no attempts to struggle, she'd seen it too many times, no matter what you did you werent getting out.
On the other hand, though he was enjoying himself, he could feel a nagging feeling in the back of his head. He tried to brush it off, turning to grab her before pausing. He mentally had to remind himself THAT'S what he just ate, he cant just grab her and mess around anytime he was upset, she was food, she was always going to be food. He heard his belly grumble, staring down at his pudge. He stayed like that for a moment before screaming "FUCK-" he kicked the wall, his cheeks turning crimson, he couldnt do it, he just couldnt, not this one. He put his hand on his stomach, he couldnt really feel much since she wasnt moving, rushing to his bathroom. He leaned over the basin before driving his fingers down his throat.
She felt the organ lurch, completely drenching her in the foul smelling digestive fluids, it was already putrid but now it smelled almost metallic, she was already bleeding from her legs. She lost her grip on the light as the world around her seemed to shift, leaving her in the pitch black darkness, not long after she was completely submerged, then squeezed, then she was falling? She fell into the water, not daring to try and take a breath. A large hand reaching from above before fishing her out. At least he was actively being gentle this time. She couldnt stop it, throwing up at least a gallon of water and bile, coughing as it stung her throat. She felt like shit, lying limp in his palm.
She could make out vague words as he tried to apologize and check on her, but she was exhausted from the abuse she'd just taken from his insides. Where she wasnt burnt she was bruised, her body feeling like it'd fall apart at any moment, she just wanted to sleep and never have to wake up.
But he seemed to have other plans, the feeling of cold water hitting her skin instantly waking her up, she kicked and tried to shield herself with her hands. It was ice cold! It sure felt that way after being smothered inside a giant. He seemed to relax a little when she reacted to the water "sorry- it's probably cold" she shivered as he turned it off, holding herself tight, she didnt want to talk to him right now, she was pissed, seething, she had a right to be, not to mention the confusing mix of emotions that came with being freed.
He could kinda tell, not so great at the comforting part. Going to lay down on bed, she squeaked when he pressed her to his chest, oh gods it was warm. She couldnt help it, practically melting against him. He decided not to make a big deal of it, pulling the covers over them both. This was going to be a long night...

Tw. Betrayal, angst, all that jazz, probably some blood and injury
Nora only one thing on her mind at the moment:
"How the fuck did she get into a situation like this"
The wind whipped past her ears, making them fold uncomfortable upward, she could see the blob of shadow up above her, two dragons duking it out. Right, she was supposed to be helping Marcus today...
He'd come to her that morning, skiddish and kinda out of it, he'd been having issues with his precinct back in Alva, the hidden city of the giants, which just worsened the poor dude's anxiety. Even being a dragon she never found him intimidating, just sad. Of course she agreed to help, who wouldnt, he was just a hatchling after all.
It'd been meant to be a quick task, she gets the other guy, knocks him out, and they go home. But instead as soon as he'd felt her he rocketed upwards. He'd climbed hundreds of meters in a matter of seconds, this bastard was a wyvern for gods sakes of course he was fast. Marcus had followed to help but tackling the culprit while she was barely hanging on wasnt exactly helpful.
That brings her to now, his tail had whipped her in the face and knocked her off. Rather than flailing like any normal person she instead crossed her arms and silently recollected where this all went wrong.
"that damn dragon" she mumbled, watching them get further and further away, she'd much rather not look down and see the approaching landscape grow ever closer. She could hear the sound of the air around her change, normally someone would've noticed her by now... Great... This was gonna hurt.
No sooner had that thought crossed her mind she slammed into the earth below, hitting hard enough she went several meters under the dirt, she was lucky the ground was soft but that didnt mean it didnt hurt. The air rushed from her lungs as the impact spread through her body, the ridge along her back becoming a shattered mess of stone and blood. She gasped desperately for breath, coughing and wheezing, making no attempt to get up since that'd worsen her wounds. It felt like her skin was still attached but it was in several loose pieces, the cold dirt pressed between the cracks on her bare flesh. No one was here, no one to see her stoney facade turn into a whimpering mess, she was prepared but apparently not enough. Her struggle for breath devolved into lightheadedness, she could feel herself slipping away, only catching the muffled sound of Marcus' voice.
'he better not try to fix this himself'
She thought, a blurry yellow filling her view of the hole before she passed out.
