The kids spent the weekend with their father.

As a late birthday treat, Kyle took them to an amusement park for some fun rides and ice cream. Chloe and Christopher even braved the spooky ride!

Now that most of the kids are getting older and more independent, it was time for Belle and Norah to celebrate their love.

They invited friends and family over during Harvestfest, and before enjoying a hearty grand meal, Belle and Norah exchanged vows in their backyard.

Even though Belle didn't get the wedding she had wished for, she got the sim of her dreams.

A rare pocket of calm - Norah is at work, her oldest at school and youngest napping peacefully, so Belle has time to focus on the toddlers Christopher and Elaine.

And soon after, it was time to celebrate their birthday!

(Norah has three children from her previous marriage, Arturo, Elaine and Charlie but I don't have screenshots of them.)

Oh my world, little Chloe has aged up to a child!

Despite the divorce, Kyle has been an attentive father and kept it touch with his kids. Chloe still adores her dad and to show her affection, made him a friendship bracelet.

After settling in to their new house, Belle and Norah had a date night - Belle had reserved them a table at Chéz Llama, the fanciest restaurant in town.

But Belle had more than just a nice dinner planned - uncharacteristically nervous, she started to profess her undying love for Norah and then got on one knee.

Norah was delighted to say yes!

Belle didn't have to raise a family alone for long, she and Norah moved in together to a new house!

Here they are, flirting in their new kitchen.

As a little surprise, Norah was already pregnant when she left her husband (oops), and soon after she welcomed home her third child, Charlie.

Now she and Belle are raising five children together!

And so, we celebrate Christopher's birthday! What an inquisitive little man he has become.

Now Belle is taking care of two toddlers, all by herself - but somehow it's easier alone??

Turns out, Norah has been secretly pining for Belle all these years - when they were teenagers, they had a sort of "thing", but Belle had thought it had just been a phase. Surely she was meant to date and marry a boy, that's what everyone else did, right?

Wrong!

It might have taken them a while, but Belle and Norah are finally dating!

It's official, Belle and Kyle have broken up!

Belle can't believe she'd be single again, and with kids. She's taken some time off work to take care of Chloe and Christopher, and maybe have some time for herself (if that's even possible with a toddler and an infant).

She is in a weird situation, having developed feelings for her long-time best friend Norah - who is still married to Esteban (and they also have two children!)

Does Belle dare break up another relationship for a chance of her own happiness?

It's Belle's birthday! As she enters adulthood, Belle has to seriously consider her life.

Her relationship with Kyle has turned tepid, and it's hard to find time for each other. And honestly, Belle isn't sure she even wants to try anymore, when Kyle has all but said he doesn't want to get married and that is something Belle has always dreamed of.

Could there be someone else, someone who has always been there..?

Little Christopher is such a sweet baby! Recent skills include grasping, sitting up and eating delicious baby food.

Toddler-aged Chloe is also growing up quickly, running around and causing chaos. Luckily she can now use the potty all by herself, so Belle or Kyle don't have to chase after her just to change a diaper.

How the time flies, it's already Chloe's birthday! But how could such a happy infant grow up to be a little meanie?!

Chloe is jealous of any attention her brother gets, especially from Kyle (watch out for that kick!)

Christopher has turned out to be a lot like his sister, a snuggly baby.

Belle loves coming home from work to her babies, but not so much the apartment - undone dishes, wet clothes in the washing machine, a toilet that has seen too much.

Kyle ain't too happy about the situation either. Maybe he isn't cut out for being a stay-at-home-dad...
