I think this fandom likes to defend Dean’s expression of anger over Sam’s because Sam expresses his anger by begging Dean to assure him that he’s not evil and by inflicting that anger onto himself because if he expresses it for more than a second then Dean says that he is gonna go dark mode. So like you can see how we wouldn’t be in this situation if not for Dean’s weird fear of his brother going insane

people are like “I’m so ocd!” Until I go “omg me too” and then explain how the only ocd representation I’ve ever felt resonated with me was Sam Winchester hallucinating lucifer and digging into his cuts to make lucifer go away because lucifer is the manifestation of his intrusive thoughts…instead of saying “Omg yes totally I’m so neat and clean”
