sharing my thoughts on fish/computer yuri because if i dont put them Somewhere im gonna exploude

-at first, the two of them would just use painter themself as a monitor during movie nights. however seb asked for a new, separate monitor, citing a “poor framerate” or something. (what he *really* wanted a second monitor for was to be able to cuddle with painter during the movie ….)

-painter’s the Nickname Guy. they have soooo many nicknames for seb. they call him sappy shit like ‘doll’ and ‘sweetheart’ and ‘my beautiful kraken of the sea’ and ‘my 20-foot mermaid princess’

-i like to think after canon, seb built painter a robot body to move around independently. during that process, seb would have to do a lot of rewiring and it would be tender and intimate and cheesy at times…. God im gonna yarf

-it took seb a long time before he felt comfortable accepting physical affection, as much as he wanted to. what works for them is for painter to always be talking while they’re touching him. hearing their voice makes him feel safe.

I don’t remember whether or not i shared this in the past, but in my little au, bedman gives up his voice as payment to the ferryman, little-mermaid style. he namely uses sign and hijacked radio broadcasts to communicate, among other means.

that being said, i like the idea of him being able to naturally make the indeterminate sounds his bed makes in xrd
