I remember talking to my mom about Transformers while I was in college and how my favorites were Optimus Prime, Rung, and Blades before she told me, “You know, Starscream was your favorite growing up.” I was very confused because I then thought of TFA Starscream and thought little me would have thought him annoying.

Then. It hit me that I also watched some of the Unicron Trilogy when I was wayyy smaller. Of course that Starscream would have someone I would want to befriend.

I saw TFOne so you know I had to take another crack at a humanformers OP design. It’s been many years since I’ve drawn him but I still love OP very much.

What I wanna tackle in the design is that he’d have to look like a battle-ready soldier in his full armor/gear but without it he’d appear to be the most gentle and sweet guy around. More info later since I’m only spitballing ideas here.
