The beginning of the season would not start with the Winx celebrating whatever it was during season five. Truly, what were they celebrating in the first place other than showing Earth about their entire fairy shtick just so people can keep believing in them. No, I’m removing the entire celebration scene. I don’t see the point of keeping it in since it served no purpose. If people truly believed in the Winx, they would’ve recognised them even as normal civilians. There’s nothing that’s hiding their identities in the first place.
The season will begin with the Winx heading over to the Frutti Music Bar; they had just finished another day of working at Love & Pet, because Dad and I absolutely hate the idea of them just abandoning their responsibilities. Responsibilities they created might I add. It’s so stupid to have them just up and leave some business they created for people to believe in fairies.
No, this version of the rewrite won’t have people suddenly becoming magical either. We do not agree to the idea of people just magically having magic despite not being born from magic. This is Winx Club, not that wizard with the scar franchise.
Continuing the rewrite, they went to the music bar to relax after another day of work and to meet with the specialists. In this version, Sky heads back to Eraklyon to continue his future as king. His parents might have made some horrible decisions, but they were right about one thing. He can’t just give up the throne just because his fiancee wants to have a life on Earth. He does visit from time to time, and tonight was one of those times.
Seeing the others meet up with their boyfriends made Aisha feel a little lonely. She decided to head over to the beach to think about Nabu. He was in a coma, that’s not changing. We’re not pronouncing him dead because there’s a chance he could live. Aisha pulled out her phone and scrolled through her photos. Tears ran down freely as she went through the memories she created with Nabu. The last photo they took together was a photo of Nabu holding her hand with his eyes closed, his head leaning on hers.
The pain was too much for her to bear and she turned her phone off. Aisha stayed there for a little longer until she felt fuzzy little hands on her leg. She looked down to see Kiko, who could sense her emotions because he’s a fairy animal. Yes, he’s a fucking fairy animal, get over it.
She would pick him up and head back inside towards the music bar. There, she meets with Roxy who is working behind the bar at the moment. Roxy was there when Nabu fell into a coma, she knows what Aisha is going through even if she didn’t know how she felt. Without saying a word, she leaves her position and goes in front to hug Aisha. Aisha smiles and hugs back.
Roxy then holds Aisha’s hands and said she would always be there for her if she needs someone to talk to. Aisha’s smile dropped and said they might be heading to Magix soon. To which, Roxy pulls out an acceptance letter to Alfea. “I’ll be there for you too, then, I suppose.”
This caught the attention of the other Winx, who were just walking towards the bar. Bloom was the first to congratulate her, going forward to hold her hands and give her a big hug, accidentally pushing Aisha aside while doing so. Aisha knows Bloom was just happy for Roxy so she said nothing. Instead, she walks off to sit alone. Surprisingly, Riven is the one who sees her doing so and he walks towards her to join her.
“I don’t really know what you’re going through, but I don’t think you should be alone right now.” Aisha really wants to be alone, but part of her knows Riven is the one who doesn’t want to be alone. She knows Riven and Nabu are really close friends. “It’s okay, Riven, I’m sure no one will judge you.”
Riven is a little flustered that Aisha knows what exactly he is thinking about but he says nothing more. The two of them will stay there for some time watching the others interact. I’m actually debating whether to let Sky keep his hairstyle or let him cut it into his new one. Dad said letting him cut it could add a little humour in a later scenario so I’m letting him cut it. The specialists and the Winx will make fun of his hair like they did in canon and everything else will happen. Musa will notice that Riven is not around first and sees him with Aisha, his face looking quite upset. When he lifts his head to see her, he forces a smile, pretending he is alright.
Musa walks over to join Aisha and Riven. At this time, Aisha’s phone rings. Yeah, Legs said it didn’t make sense that Aisha was the one who had to call as if she knew when the coronation would start exactly when? He also said it would make it more interesting if Tressa was the one to call instead so the Winx wouldn’t interrupt Aisha’s little private moment when she grieved even though we didn’t write for her to grieve at this moment but in an earlier moment.
When she picks up her phone, she is greeted by Tressa, who greeted her softly before asking if she was okay. Aisha answered that she was fine, even when both of them knew she wasn’t. Aisha shakes the negative feeling away, knowing exactly why Tressa is calling.
Soon, the rest of the Winx joins her and Riven moves away to join the guys. Tressa is introduced to the other Winx. She then shows them the entire throne room. Okay, for this part, Dad actually mentioned that she should do a little swim around the throne room instead of just staying in place and saying that it is the throne room. Doesn’t make any sense.
At one point of showing the Winx the throne room, Aisha catches a glimpse of a figure hiding in the shadows, arms crossed and their expression was more upset than anything. Tressa notices her expression and asks if everything is okay. Aisha casually mentions the mysterious figure and Tressa immediately knows who she is talking about.
Tressa tells them she will call them back and then hangs up on them. She swims back to where she knows that figure is hiding. Her little brother, Tritannus, is hiding away from the public’s eyes. She squeezes in next to him in his little hiding place. “Hey, everything alright?”
Before he can even answer, they both hear the conversation of two other mermaids. “Nereus is so hot! Tritannus is so not!”
Tressa immediately knows what this is about. It was as if her little brother knew he had no chance against his twin. The youngest was shoved aside for the firstborn son once more. Even if Tressa is older, their father taking over the throne changed the law and Tressa was no longer the crown princess. She reaches out and grabs him by the shoulder. “Hey, it’ll be alright.”
Tritannus only manages to look at her before turning away once more. She leaves him in his little spot before going out to call Aisha once more. Just in time for the coronation to begin. “Hey, sorry, cousin, had a little… trouble. But the coronation is starting.”
Aisha could tell Tressa isn’t as cheerful as before. But she can also see that her cousin doesn’t want to talk about it.
The coronation will go exactly as it did in canon, Nereus shows concern for his missing little brother, Neptune doesn’t care. Nereus wants to delay but Neptune insists he let it go. Nereus reluctantly does so. Ligea looks around and finds Tressa alone. She silently asks about Tritannus, to which Tressa points to the dark corner of the throne room. Ligea decides to head over there but Neptune stops her. She listens, unable to disobey her husband.
As the coronation continues, a masked figure that hides above the throne room watches, his weapon, a sword, held tightly in his hand as he lets out an angry growl at the king. His eyes drift towards his nephew who is hiding from everyone else.
“You’ll regret this, Neptune.”
Well, that was as much as we can do for now. Yes, we are re-writing the entire thing all over again. We wanted it to make sense. Would Tritannus still be the villain? At one point, yes, he would be. But eventually he would not be. Eventually he breaks away from his family. Tressa might follow his lead.

I don’t like how my rewrite is going. I’m going to start it over. It started off with me just basically leaving it up to Dad to do whatever he wanted and he asked if I was really happy with how it was going. I told him I didn’t really like it anymore because it doesn’t feel right. I also talked to a couple of friends from a small server and that’s what solidified my decision in wanting to rewrite the rewrite.
While I’ll still be the one uploading all the rewrite and all that, Dad has said he would help me with the backstories of each characters. He did help a lot, along with Legs (my irl friend, don’t ask me why he chose that name) who was also doing the rewrite with me. I did give both of them permission to upload their ideas if they wanted because technically, it is their idea as well.
We’re starting off back on square one. But this time, there are some changes. Instead of an ancient being, Poseidon is basically Ligea’s brother. He would be the one who spoils Tritannus basically because being born with magic is something that hasn’t happened in a long time in their family. Ligea’s family used to have magic, but at one point, no one was born with it. So when Tritannus was born, Poseidon spoiled him to no end.
Neptune’s hatred for Tritannus stems from his neglectful behaviour towards his youngest child. When Nereus was born, Neptune had a smile that glowed. He had always wanted a son, and he had finally gotten his wish. Tritannus was born two hours after Nereus. I’m putting a lot of pain for Ligea for this… when he was born, he was weak, barely moving, he had a lower chance of survival. Ligea cried, worried for her youngest child.
In this version of the rewrite, Dad actually planned for the twins to be somewhere around sixteen to seventeen. We still kept the idea of year-end and new-year baby stuff. Nereus would be older by one year, but still a twin to Tritannus. Yes, he asked a nurse, she said they are still regarded as twins. Nereus would be sixteen, and he made Tritannus fifteen. You would not believe how evil he sounded over the voice call on discord when he said that.
Poseidon first visited during the twins’ first birthday. They were celebrating the end of a year and the beginning of a new year along with the twins’ birthday altogether at the same time. Nereus was timid, afraid of Poseidon and refused to get close. Tritannus would basically smile and reach out to Poseidon when he was held by the adult.
Tressa would then get closer and closer to Tritannus over the years because before Tritannus, she was their uncle’s favourite. She wanted to be his favourite again. To which he said he doesn’t have a favourite. She knew he did, but she said nothing. Soon, she became close to Tritannus through the time they spent together because of Poseidon.
I’m going to end this here for now. Dad already has a story planned for this section. I’ll share the story here once he has finished and posted it.

This entire part was actually written by Dad, he recently made a tumblr account.
Aisha caught up to Nebula after the meeting was adjourned, with most of the royals agreeing that Tritannus was a threat that should be contained. She had two things in mind. One, she wanted to ask how Nabu was doing, whether he was showing signs of recovering. Two, she wanted to know more about the forgotten ruler of Earth’s oceans a long time ago.
Nebula hesitated when it came to answering those questions. She admitted Nabu wasn’t showing signs of recovering at all. Instead, he seemed to be falling deeper into a sleep that would last forever. Aisha was heartbroken when she heard that. Her beloved fiance was just going to be gone and she wouldn’t even have a chance to tell him one last time how much she loved him.
As for the second question, Nebula hesitated in answering. She played a major role in the destruction of the underwater kingdom of Earth. It was painful to remember how she used to relish in the thought of the mermaid and tritons disappearing, not having to share the power of the humans’ belief. She couldn’t believe how selfish and vain she used to be. But part of her was believing it and she couldn’t help but feel guilty every time she thinks about it.
Poseidon was a king who protected the oceans of Earth and made it his mission to help whoever is in need. This included several dark magic users hiding from humans who believed the fairies’ lies that magical creatures who possess dark magic want to kill them all. The wizards and witches covered their oceans to protect the mermaids and tritons from harm. Unfortunately, this wasn’t enough to stop the pollution.
Nebula recalls the moment the pollution seeped into the mind of Poseidon. How he changed and started attacking the humans. The wizards and witches in hiding came out to stop him. They came out to protect the ones who wanted to kill them. Four familiar names come up and Aisha freezes, not wanting to believe those four could ever do anything like that. “Where were the fairies? Surely they helped?” Aisha was hoping her beliefs wouldn’t be crushed. But it was. Nebula shook her head and couldn’t look into the eyes of the fairy of waves. “We did nothing. We believed the affairs of the oceans didn’t matter to us.”
She didn’t want to believe it. She didn’t want to believe this. SHE DIDN’T WANT TO BELIEVE ANY OF THIS!
Aisha dropped to her knees in realisation that her belief that fairies were the embodiment of goodness was slowly slipping. It was just a thin veil covering the dark lives of fairies that no one bothered to remove. But now that Nebula has done so. A lot of things started making sense.
It made sense now why there were only four wizards left on Earth. It made sense why the people stopped believing in fairies. It made sense why his cousin knew about toxins. After all, it was no secret he liked wandering off to different realms to learn more about each of the places. It made sense how Poseidon knew about Tritannus’s magic before his own family did.
“Nothing could change what we did. Poseidon died because of us, the wizards and witches had no choice but to kill him.” Nebula could feel the weight of the guilt but there was nothing she could do at this point.

I could've swore I clicked post now instead of something else. Guess I have to do it again.
To anyone who doesn’t know this, which is everyone except those few who do. This rewrite is slowly evolving into a group project. I’m now involving a few of my friends to help me with the rewrite. Let’s just say it all went through when we agreed to do it this way. I will change the colour of the texts to indicate which part was written by whom. But I will not disclose where you can find these people. One of them was already attacked when he wrote a fanfic a certain discord server didn’t like, and I don’t want another repeat of it.
From this post onwards, this will be written by me, my IRL friend, and my online friend who is okay with sharing his alias, Dad.
Also, fun fact, Dad is not allowed to work on writing Bloom after this for... reasons.
Only the text that were coloured meant it was individual on-the-spot ideas that were accepted. The black coloured text meant it was previously discussed and implemented.
Aisha didn’t want to believe it even when she read it over and over. There was no way this could happen, right? There was no way her uncle would do something like that to his own family. She didn’t want to believe it, but it was right there, plain as day. She had never thought Tritannus could ever be the heir of Andros because they had always believed it was Nereus. She and her two cousins always thought Nereus was the chosen heir. She knew this had to be brought up when the rulers of the realms meet together to discuss what to do with what her cousin has done, if that was still her cousin.
Meanwhile, Omnia had made sure the selkies were prepared for what’s about to come. She knew the Trix were working with Tritannus, or whoever it was using his body. She just had to confirm this theory of hers. Even if he was considered a troubled kid, the crown prince never went out of his way to hurt anyone before. Or maybe he’s changed in a way she never knew. But there was something off about all this. Something that didn’t seem to add up at all.
From the shadows, a small creature that resembled a fish of the infinite ocean swam away, its red eyes glowing as it slowly made its way towards the Emperor’s throne. Right there at the throne, were the Trix and one very familiar figure with an unfamiliar personality. (Since it has been established that Poseidon has taken over Tritannus’s body, I will stop referring to him as Tritannus and start referring to him as Poseidon). Poseidon smiled as he saw the oncoming fish, knowing this little fella had some news for him.
Poseidon couldn’t help but be amused that Omnia thought a few selkies could ever stop them. Even if they somehow regained their magic, there was no way anyone could stop him now. Icy was beginning to wish she had met Poseidon when he was still a solid being and not using someone else’s body. She had thought maybe she could finally find someone who wanted world domination as much as she did. Stormy and Darcy could care less about the entire love life Icy wants, but one thing that stood out the most was how Poseidon didn’t seem to care if the magic dimension could potentially be destroyed.
Icy was in love with the amount of power Poseidon holds, it was dangerous. Both Stormy and Darcy were worried for her, they’ve seen her hungry for power before, they’ve seen her put herself in danger just for that amount of power before as well.
Of course, the three girls would still go on Domino because they’re the princesses of their respective planets. Roxy would also be there because Nebula doesn’t technically have someone else chosen to be the next leader of the Earth fairies. Yes, the Earth fairies are there as well. Despite not being from Earth (headcanon), they’re still a part of it. No, the three girls will not be wearing those horrifying dresses. Aisha would don on a mermaid dress, simple, elegant, no ugly flowers. She is the only one I have a confirmed design on, Stella is getting worked on and Bloom… she’s getting ignored for the time being. Anyway, back to the rewrite.
I plan to have them all discussing the pollution rather than whether they should save their own planets. Number one, the pollution only happens on Earth, it doesn't happen anywhere else. The toxins were brought to that planet because of that one individual, so I’m not going to write about them arguing like little kids about not wanting to help someone.
The entire Diaspro scene will be shifted to look as if Bloom is just insecure about her own relationship because “Yoo hoo! Roy has the pendant, he hasn’t given it to Sky yet.” So currently, Sky trusts Diaspro more. She also isn’t the king’s liaison, but just someone they agreed to give a second chance to. Only because she managed to help Sky remember some parts of himself and who he is.
I’m also changing Diaspro’s line to tell Bloom that what she’s doing is driving a wedge between her and Sky, no one else is doing it. Bloom’s dialogue remains the same, with Diaspro complying to calling her “Princess Bloom” as she wants. Somehow, this annoys Bloom, even when she’s the one who wants to be called with such a title.
(Fun fact, when discussing this part, Dad had a little rant about how Bloom wants Diaspro to call her ‘Princess Bloom’ and then proceeded to get offended when she does.)
When discussing what they should do about Tritannus, Aisha had her fists clenched tightly. She knew there was more to this than anything. She knew there was something else in the oceans that was causing this. It couldn’t have been her cousin alone. He struggled to even use his magic most of the time, how could he just suddenly gain total control of it? That’s when she looked up and noticed the look on the queen of the Earth fairies. Nebula had a grim look on her face, as if she knew what was happening.
It’s a shame the Earth fairies weren’t even mentioned in season five despite the fact that they were brought back during season four.

So I’m going to continue the drama between families.
First of all, I want to deal with Stella’s family. I want her to use her sirenix wish on something other than brainwashing her parents to talk to each other. Yes, it’s brainwashing if you make them do something they don’t want to do. She would be using her wish to give eternal light to the pillar of light. In short, the pillar of light requires someone or something to give it light. While the pillar of light is the reason for Solaria’s sun shining, the suns also give the pillar its light. Stella gave up her sun magic to the pillar of light so it could relight and just restore itself to its former glory. By giving up her sun magic, she was only left with her moon magic. She was upset at first, thinking her father would be disappointed in her.
Cue the moment she returned to Solaria, her father alive and well with her mother by his side. She strode in, without her usual confidence, which worried both her parents. Stella broke the news that she gave up her sun magic for the pillar of light. King Radius didn’t know what to think, he was stunned in silence. Luna was quick to move towards her daughter to comfort her with a hug. Stella cried while she returned the hug. Part of her was gone, she sacrificed her magic for the pillar of light. King Radius was upset, mostly at himself. He vowed to protect his subjects, his family, his kingdom. He had failed all of them.
He slowly walked down and told Stella it was a great sacrifice she made and how she would one day be the greatest queen in the history of Solaria. Queen Luna smiled and said that what Stella did was indeed selfless, and it proved her worthy of her name and title of Solaria’s royalty. Stella couldn’t help but smile, not at the reassurance, but at the fact that her parents were starting to agree on one thing. And as they say, one thing leads to another.
No, this scene won’t be shifting to an entire fashion show kind of stuff just because Stella won’t be so obsessed with fashion to the point of ignoring her sirenix quest or making it her entire personality. She still loves fashion, but she doesn’t create clothes for the fashion show. Instead, there’s something special someone does to cheer her up. Brandon knows how much Stella loves fashion, and to cheer her up, he brings her to the fashion show that is happening on Earth. Stella was excited and very grateful.
Quick note, I honestly hate how Bloom was the one who kept the reward of Stella’s hard work. Stella gave it up just because the fashion show was on Earth? What kind of logic is that? Does that mean if someone won something in Solaria Stella is entitled to the reward? Make it make sense.
Anywho, back to the main idea. The fashion show ends and Brandon brings Stella to the docks, mainly to stargaze, but Stella talks about how bright the moon is. She continues by sharing how upset she is that she can’t shine anymore. Brandon was confused and asked what she meant. Stella shares how she sacrificed her sun magic to restore the pillar of light. She cried and said that she couldn’t be his sunshine anymore.
Brandon says nothing, just hugs her and lets her cry on his shoulder. After a while, he places a hand to push her away slightly so they can look each other in the eye. Brandon tells Stella that he calls her his sunshine not because she has the powers of the sun, but because she is his light in the darkest times. She had always been there for him and whenever he felt lost he would think about her or just look at her and he knows what to do. Stella couldn’t help but smile.
Just then, Radius and Luna arrived at the docks to make sure Stella was alright. Seeing her smile was better than anything. Radius approached them, sharing that even without her sun magic, she was still his daughter. It was clear that he loved her very much. Luna then walked over and said what she did required a lot of courage. She continued by saying Stella did a marvelous job and it saved the magic dimension. Stella cried again, this time with joy. Her biggest wish came true. Her parents were finally agreeing on something together and it didn’t seem like they were arguing anymore.
While Radius and Luna are still divorced, they vowed to be the parents they were supposed to be for their daughter. They both said they would be there for her together. This made her smile her signature smile, and they knew their daughter was back to normal, even if slightly different.
Just then, her sirenix box appears. The four of them stared at it. It shone brightly before it opened and her guardian appeared. The guardian congratulated Stella on her bravery and courage. She also said that Stella made a great sacrifice and proved she was worthy of her sirenix wish. Stella was surprised, she didn’t know they could have wishes.
She thought over it. She could wish for her sun magic back. She could wish for her family to be whole again. But she went against it. It was selfish. Instead, she wished for the pillar of light to be given eternal light, to sustain it and protect it forever. The sirenix guardian granted her wish before she disappeared back into the box.
Stella decided to enjoy the rest of the night with her parents and her boyfriend.
Of course, Stella’s selfless act didn’t go unnoticed. The magic dimension was full of surprises, and whoever was looking after the magic dimension granted her what was rightfully hers back to her. Her sun magic returned to her, to her joy. But this time, she chose to embrace both the sun and moon magic within her. Something she believed she should’ve done a long time ago.
Meanwhile, back on Alfea, Tecna found some interesting data about Andros’s two artifacts. There were two artifacts, but one more ancient than the other. The trident was an artifact that could possibly date back to when the magic dimension was created. It was used to determine the true ruler of the oceans. The sword was first crafted by a former ruler of Andros, who wanted someone to rule by her side.
It was soon passed down through generations, but the sword was always chosen by the one who was chosen by the trident. Tecna couldn’t quite understand why this was relevant. That was until she recalled that Tritannus was able to wield the trident without any issue. There seems to be more going on than she previously thought. But for now, Aisha needs to know her realm’s history.
Tecna has a feeling she wasn’t going to like it.

I'm basically taking season five and spinning it away from canon now.
The pillar of light focuses on Solaria, and on Stella’s parents, if not a few moments of it. You know just how slow-paced the show actually is when you’re watching and then you get bored of it to the point you can rewrite it together with another episode.
King Radius had always been someone who thought he could handle things alone. So much to the point that his wife couldn’t handle his train of thoughts and they constantly argued. It started off as Queen Luna trying to show she can be supportive by his side, with him refusing any help of any kind. Blame the older generation for instilling this kind of thinking, which he had somewhat unintentionally instilled in Stella as well. However, Stella doesn’t take his lectures to heart. She is a mix of both her mother and father after all.
During the fiasco of the eclipse happening, King Radius did feel weaker, but he refused to show it in front of his ex-wife, another lesson taught by his own parents. Never show weakness to anyone, especially someone you had a grudge on. King Radius would never admit it, but he’s still upset at the divorce between him and his wife. His daughter was upset because of the divorce and he knows it, but there isn’t much that could be done about it.
Stella was horrified to learn of her father’s condition and vowed to do something about it. Her mother warned that she shouldn’t butt into things head first without thinking. Stella misunderstood her words and thought her mother meant her father dying was nothing serious. Her mother understood her outburst and frustration, reassuring her that the moon’s healing powers will take care of her father. But without the sun, there was only so much it could do.
Stella asked why this was happening. To which Luna responded that someone must be tampering with the pillar of light. The pillar of light resided in the infinite ocean, where it was guarded by the guardian selkies. Selkies were powerful creatures of ancient times, they resided in the oceans way before mermaids and tritons ever did. However, once the guardians are separated, their magic dwindles a little. This causes any kind of enemies to easily attack them.
Whoever had the idea to separate the selkies were just plain stupid. Then again, it was when the mermaid and tritons started living in the oceans of the realms did they make this kind of rule. So they technically brought about their own demise. The selkies were not as strong as the mermaid and tritons when they’re apart, so this is what the older generations of the underwater realms wanted. This was also the reason why only Andros had an underwater kingdom now.
Stella mentions wanting to find a way to save the pillar of light so she can save her father. Luna made it a point to mention that the pillar of light could only be revived by light that has been given, not taken. Stella wondered what that meant. If she were to give it light, does it mean she had to give it part of her powers in order for this to work? Luna says she isn’t sure as the pillar of light is the giver of light. If the pillar has no light, it could mean the entire magic dimension is doomed to plunge into darkness. Solaria, the planet that relies on light, would be gone for good.
Stella wasn’t as confident now. Solaria’s fate rests on whether she can fulfill what she is supposed to do. Now the trouble seems to come closer every time.
Meanwhile, Aisha was on her own planet, meeting her parents. They greeted her, pulled her into their embrace and said they had something that might help with the mutant situation. They presented Neptune’s sword. The sword had a magical ability to reverse the effects of the mutated mermaids and tritons. Aisha took the sword and vowed she would return everyone back to normal, including her cousin who she had thought was causing all this.
Aisha asked if there were any other underwater realms other than Andros. His parents told her about an old sea legend of Earth, Poseidon. Poseidon was a king who took care of his subjects because the Earth fairies couldn’t care less about them. He was corrupted by the pollution that happened a long time ago, before the Earth fairies’ imprisonment. Poseidon was obsessed with the power the pollution was feeding him with and wanted more. He soon took over the oceans and pollution became worse. He discovered the underwater gates and would have escaped his fate if the wizards of Earth hadn’t stopped him. However, that led to a snowball of effects.
Aisha wasn’t sure what to think of all this. She had never known another world’s ocean had a ruler of its own. She thought about what she just heard. There was still something that seemed off. How did Tritannus even get possessed in the first place? Why did it choose him specifically? Aisha decided to share her concerns with her parents. Her parents were surprised to hear what Aisha had said.
“Poseidon was killed, but maybe not destroyed entirely.” King Teredor said, his concerns quite clear. There were rumours of an old sea king that the folks of Andros used to tell their children to scare them into behaving. There were talks of shadows moving around in the deeper parts of the oceans. His brother had always sent someone to check on what it was, but there was never anything there.
It happened when Tritannus was around eight. He had told his parents he had a new friend. Since they couldn’t see this friend, they assumed it was just an imaginary friend. But it was anything but imaginary. Poseidon had sensed the magic from Tritannus since he was young. He had also sensed the negative emotions he harbored for such a long time. Poseidon had secretly been feeding off of Tritannus for years, no one noticed, not even Aisha. He has never told anyone else about his friend since the day his parents said it might just be an imaginary friend. The day Poseidon gained enough magic to manifest himself into a form that would execute his plans flawlessly.
Destroying the oil rig to make it seem like an accident, he knows the royal guards from Andros would most likely do nothing to help since they fear the consequences of coming in contact with the toxins that spilled into the ocean. This was the perfect opportunity to make Tritannus seem like he was the one behind it all. His plan would work perfectly and no one would suspect a thing.
There was another question in Aisha’s mind. Why was there a sword and a trident as the magical artifacts on Andros in the first place? Why would they need two if the legends she heard of as a child states there was only one who the rightful ruler would wield.
She decided to contact Tecna to learn more about her own realm that she probably doesn’t know about.
I realised by following canon events, I’ve been snubbing Tecna recently. I will try to amend that and change the story to fit it more like a rewrite.

Aisha’s family problem was so poorly handled not only did they make her deal with Nabu’s death alone, don’t worry, he’s not dead in this rewrite, but she was forced to handle losing her family all alone as well.
After the entire trash island debacle, the Winx chased whom they still think is Tritannus into the oceans. Poseidon smirked, this was exactly what he wanted. They had achieved sirenix not long ago and still don’t understand the full extent of their magic. He just needed to find the weakest and most vulnerable at the moment. The keeper seems like a good fit. She was impulsive, hot-headed, and charged into situations without thinking. Getting her sirenix would be easy.
Aisha swam faster than the rest of the Winx, wanting to stop her cousin before he did anything drastic. She managed to land a touch on him when she realised something was wrong. His magic felt off, like it was contained, but at the same time trying to break free. It was at that moment she knew, this wasn’t her cousin. It was someone using her cousin, using his magic.
Musa sensed Aisha’s disturbed magic and dove straight towards her. She successfully saved the fairy of waves from almost getting pierced by the trident.
“Who are you!” Aisha demanded, she wanted answers as to who this mutant in front of her was.
“Don’t you recognise your own cousin?” the mutant had a satisfied smirk on his face. The more Aisha feeds into Tritannus’s negative emotions, the stronger he would become. But something was off. Tritannus’s magic felt weaker. Did Aisha know something? It couldn’t be possible, Poseidon had made sure to act the same way and behave just as Tritannus would. What Poseidon didn’t know was the Aisha and Tritannus used to be close, to the point they know each other’s magic.
He decided it was too much of a risk to have Aisha anywhere with him at the moment. It would be worse if he had absorbed her sirenix, Tritannus would’ve recognised it and possibly lose his negative energy entirely.
Poseidon made a hasty retreat with the Trix, the mutants following behind him. Aisha cried out to her family, she called for her cousins’ as well as her aunt and uncle. But they didn’t respond. One of the mutants looked back, a look of plea on its face, before it swam off with the others once more.
Back on Earth, some of the Winx were sitting down in a group on the beach, trying to calm down after what they had seen happen. Musa and Stella were with Aisha. Musa could understand Aisha’s feelings through her magic. Stella tried to offer a shoulder to cry on. She doesn’t understand losing family the way Aisha did, but she knows how painful it must feel to see the family just becoming who they’re not. She has some personal experience from it. But seeing someone else suffering like this just made her even more upset. She didn’t ever want anyone to have to go through what she went through. Even if it is in different circumstances.
As they made their way towards the infinite ocean, Poseidon sat on the emperor’s throne, wondering if it was already drained of its power when nothing happened. He took a closer look and realised the throne had been destroyed partially. It was as if something or someone had known he would visit the throne and did damage to it before he could retrieve its power. But Poseidon wasn’t one to give up so easily. He might be from Earth, but he was one of those who knew about the pillars of the oceans.
He had a plan to take what should have been his. The pillars of the ocean contained magical seals that would provide him with enough power he needed. He would take the seals for himself and all the power would be his. Of course, he wants it for himself. He doesn’t intend to give it to anyone else. Of course, he doesn’t intend to let the Trix know about this. He still needed their magic, as useless as he deemed they truly are.
Elsewhere in the infinite ocean, Omnia had gathered a few selkies round to make sure two things were kept safe. One, Politea, the nymph who had always been made the villain because she refused to help Daphne when the latter was targeted by the Ancestral Witches. (Okay, why is Daphne in the infinite ocean in the first place? And I would imagine Politea just stopped being the guardian of the infinite ocean since Daphne showed up and that’s why she didn’t help Daphne during the entire ancestral witch thing.)
Turning point, Politea saved Daphne by using her magic to pull the latter into the infinite ocean just before the destruction of Domino. Hence, why Politea refused to save Daphne, the latter kept saying she died on Domino. She doesn’t understand Politea’s trains of thoughts, but she doesn’t not understand it either. Imagine you save someone and you lose your position as the guardian of that specific place because that person you saved is more magical than you are.
Daphne only told Bloom the truth when she learned Bloom wanted to achieve sirenix.
(I’m getting ahead of myself, this didn’t even happen in the canon storyline yet.)
The second priority Omnia had was the pearl of the deep. Only the emperor could retrieve the pearl. But now that someone else was basically using the emperor’s body, mind, and magic, it was dangerous. She did not want to let the pearl fall into the wrong hands.

I complained about Aisha putting the blame of Earth's pollution on Tritannus, even way before he was the one responsible for it.
The Winx returned to Earth to clear their heads and enjoy some time off. Especially since they already earned Sirenix and was one step closer to stopping Tritannus. The moment they arrived at the Frutti Music Bar, they realised something was wrong. They don't only start realising when they get to the beach. People don't look happy at all and they even seem to get upset easily. Flora doesn't get a headache here, but instead her chest hurts and she somehow has difficulty breathing. I'm not going to let her get a headache every single time nature gets hurt. Have something else hurt for a change.
Aisha feels something is off and heads towards where people are coming from. She had noticed people were going in one direction all happy only to return upset. One look across the horizon and she saw the trouble. There was trash all over the ocean. She was horrified. She had thought Bloom's idea of trying to save the ocean would do something, but it did nothing.
She had a thought about who was responsible because she didn't want to believe the people of that planet would ruin their home. But just as quick as it came, it was gone. She pushed the thought aside. There was no way she was going to say her cousin was responsible for this without solid proof. He had been using toxins, not garbage.
Flora was starting to feel faint. She eventually got so dizzy she fell, but was caught by Musa. Musa could sense her discomfort and helped her over to the juice bar. There, she asked Klaus if he could help. Klaus didn't know much about healing pains, but he remembers an old recipe that helped Roxy soothe her pains when she was little. He just hopes it's enough for Flora as well.
Back on the beach, Aisha continued staring towards the horizon, not knowing what to think. Tecna approaches her and placed a hand on her shoulder. Aisha jumped a little, not knowing someone else was there. Tecna informs Aisha that they need to talk.
The fairy of technology shows an island filled with garbage, stating that it couldn't have been Tritannus because he hasn't been there yet. Aisha let out a sigh of relief. She didn't want to believe her cousin went from eliminating pollution to actually causing it. However, this was still trouble for the people of Earth. The entire pollution could feed Tritannus's desire for more of it.
The Winx decided to put a stop to it when more garbage surfaced on the beach. No amount of cleanup will do anything to change this if the island is filled with trash to the shore. They head out there to try and do something about it.
When they arrived, Aisha was caught in a shock to see her cousin and the Trix. She didn't want to believe it, but her cousin was there. She was started to believe Tritannus actually was the cause of the pollution.
Looking at the Winx, Poseidon smiled. Even though Tritannus wasn't technically alive, his emotions are. He was upset, especially at the fairy of waves. Seeing that look on her face fed his negative emotions. It was as if Tritannus knew he was getting the blame for something he didn't do.
Poseidon had discovered that when he possessed Tritannus's body, his emotions were still very much alive. This made turning all the royal guards and the royal family into mutants much easier. This was also why he avoided the people of underwater Andros. Unlike his own family, Tritannus was treated like a normal triton outside the palace.
Thanks to Calissa Rowan for helping me with this. I wasn't sure what to do with it and she reminded me of the earlier episodes with the two men and the toxins.

I have a problem with how Aisha thinks Tritannus is to blame for the pollution on Earth.
Yes, it's been established that Tritannus is part of the reason toxins spill into the ocean, but blaming him for the entire ocean being polluted? Seriously, it's giving vibes of 'You did the crime, so every thing else is also you fault.'
Is it wrong for Tritannus to purposely spill toxins into the ocean? Yes, of course it is. Putting my rewrite aside for the time being, I'm focusing on ranting about the show. I might rewrite this scene eventually as well. But Aisha just blatantly blaming Tritannus for the entire pollution, definitely something wrong there.
Guess who were the ones polluting the oceans in the end? Nope, not the former crown prince, but the freaking population of Earth. Even though Tritannus took advantage of the garbage around the entire island, he wasn't the one to cause it. Everyone seems to just brush it off as Tritannus would certainly be evil enough to want to pollute the oceans to gain power.
They're not wrong. But they seem to forget that he wasn't the reason the ocean was polluted in the first place. Every little blame falls on Tritannus just because he's supposed to be the main villain. But blatantly putting the blame of something he didn't do onto him? No wonder he turns out a villain.
First, he gets called a psycho. Then people say he's nothing compared to Nereus. He gets blamed for all the garbage found in the ocean, which at that time, wasn't even his doing. What more reason does a guy need?

Fixing Tritannus and Icy's relationship to fix the rewrite I'm doing.
Icy was never interested in Tritannus, she had planned to just use him for her own personal gain. The Trix are seasoned witches, they know strong magic when they sense it. Tritannus had never needed his trident to use his magic, if he did, he wouldn't be able to work with toxins.
I stated before that Tritannus worked on toxins, but he had always needed his magic to convert it into medication, purify the toxins if you may. His trident had always been used in the purification process, he thought he needed his trident, he thought the trident was the reason he could use magic. If only he knew why his magic needed to be used with the trident.
Icy could sense that Tritannus's magic. It was strong. The only reason it managed to get this strong was because of the negative feelings he has experienced since he was little. All the time he was being cast aside, all the times he was ignored or called names, his magic has been feeding off of all the negative emotions he has harboured up.
The Trix knows more about negative energy more than Tritannus does. Icy takes the chance to try and manipulate Tritannus into helping her and her sisters. Luck was on her side when Tritannus absorbed the toxins that made its way to Andros. Unfortunately, those weren't just toxins. Those were remnants of something that used to rule over the Earth's oceans. Remnants of someone would be more precise.
The moment the toxin entered Tritannus's body, he knew it was different. He tried to fight it, to expel it, but it was useless. The toxins were stronger than him. It sooned warped around his mind, taking over his body. The Trix could sense the change and saw this as an opportunity to escape.
The three witches knew that Tritannus was no longer in control, whatever that toxin was, was the one in control. They hoped to gain something from all this. Whatever was now using Tritrannus's body also had plans. Tritannus didn't know something this entity knew. The entity planned to use it to its advantage.
Whatever had possessed Tritannus was a powerful being that was as old as the Earth fairies. They originated from Earth the same way Morgana and her fairies did. He used to be the beloved ruler of Earth's ocean, Poseidon.
Icy and Tritannus, or rather, Poseidon, aren't romantically interested in one another. They are just partners in crime hoping to gain something by using the other person.

Let's fix sirenix...
Sirenix isn't a new transformation. It's an upgrade, like charmix is to magic winx. In their sirenix form, the Winx's wings grow and wrap themselves around their legs, forming a tail. This is written so they can't use sirenix on land.
Yes, the Winx still gain sirenix after restoring the source of Sirenix. Which isn't just a shell with power inside. Sirenix is actually just the essence itself. When the toxins invaded the entire ocean, not just that part of it, sirenix was surpressed. Which would explain why Daphne isn't able to use her powers instead of saying, "She's a spirit, she can't use her powers."
By restoring sirenix, the Winx used their bond to the selkies, they don't restore it using their own magic. It's kind of stupid, if you want to put the selkies as important, give them a role that makes them more important than just bonding with the Winx and how they are only the keepers. You have to explain why they are the keepers and why they have magic as well.
The Winx and selkies unite their magic and were able to clear the pollution away. No, they don't direct their magic towards the shells, they direct their magic towards what's surpressing sirenix. The selkies then used their own convergence to restore the sirenix entirely. I am not giving this moment to the Winx. They have magic, but their magic isn't all-doing.
By restoring sirenix, they also helped free Omnia. No, the guardians of sirenix aren't the ones to unlock the infinite ocean. The guardians are just there to help the Winx on their quest and that's it. They have a role that's big enough for them already.
I watched the Mystery of the Abyss, it was terrible... And I intend to use the story for something else.
There's a pearl in the movie, which I will incorporate in here.
Omnia thanks the selkies for freeing her. She then thanks the Winx for their assistance. Yes, the Winx are considered assistance since their magic is needed to clear the pollution but not restore sirenix. Omnia welcomes them into the infinite ocean.
She does warn them to be careful, as the true emperor of the infinite ocean has been corrupted, and he is now considered dangerous to every creature underwater. As the Winx enter the infinite ocean, Omnia drops the smile she wears.
Omnia omitted the fact that she knew who the true emperor was. She also refused to disclose even the slightest hint to whom it is to the Winx. Because deep down, she knew the true emperor before he was corrupted. She knew who he was before he died.

Magix Christmas and Trix Tricks are pretty much filler.
Test of Courage... How do I even begin...?
It is filled with holes... So much plot holes! First of all, where were the selkies? Where are they?! Are they on Earth? Are they on Andros? Why is Serena not on Domino?! The rest of the selkies are in their own realms respectively. Why is Serena not on Domino? Why are they all on Earth?
Why in the world is the gates to Domino on Earth? Shouldn't it be somewhere on Andros? Aren't the gates connecting to all other oceans supposed to be on Andros?
I have so many questions!
Why... Why do we do this...? Yes, Tritannus is most likely on Earth for the toxins, but the rest of the selkies? They have no reason to be there! Honestly, they all should've been on Andros, where the gates literally exist and connects every ocean? Have we forgotten about that already?
Also, Desiryee finding the pendant is just so... meh... It's not that it's bad, it's just not good. It doesn't give the audience something to cheer about when she finds it.
Just stop... stop it already... This is all just too predictable...
Okay, so we can fix the pendant of Eraklyon. But how do we go about that? We don't let the selkies find it. Roy wasn't with the Winx for some time now, so why not let him shine for a moment. He does seem to be able to breathe underwater like Aisha can.
Since Aisha can sail the boat(?) on her own, she made it clear she doesn't need Roy's help. Roy respects that and leaves her be, tracking down anything he can find to help her. Aisha stopped Roy and apologised for being rude towards him. Roy told her that it was fine, he was used to it. He dove into the water before Aisha could ask what he meant.
Have Roy try and track down Tritannus, following one of the mutants discreetly. The mutants don't seem to be aware of their surroundings most of the time anyway. He sees the pendant and brings it along with him. No, he doesn't show it to Flora.
Instead, he loses track of Tritannus and surfaces. Yes, he is on Earth. He followed the mutants from ocean to ocean and he loses sight of them in Earth's ocean.
Roy surfaces and heads to the beach to take a closer look at the pendant. The thing is, the specialists are there. They went back on Earth to help with the pollution problem. Brandon sees what Roy is holding. Brandon, being the protective friend Sky has, grabs Roy by the collar(?) and demands to know why he has the pendant.
Roy is confused and doesn't understand what Brandon is talking about and the two argue for a moment before Riven steps in, well, more like knocks them both on the head.
Roy clears things up and says where he found the pendant. Brandon tells Roy what the pendant was, with a little input from Riven about how stupid it sounds. Brandon ignores him.
No, Sky does not get the pendant then and there. He does not have his memories restored. He does tell Bloom about "They have someone named Daphne in their hands. Do you know her? She seems to know your parents."
Bloom didn't tell Sky about Daphne prior to the Trix freezing Oritel and Marion, so he doesn't know who Daphne is.
I'm trying to fit this in with previous rewrites I did. If something doesn't match up, please tell me and I'll try to fix it.

I did something stupid...
Nereus and Tritannus have larger tails than any regular triton. It's an observation that was made when I first watched season five. At first I thought it was just a special feature but then I realised only these two have those large tails. I did something with it and shared it with a friend. We have a pretty good laugh about it before turning it into something serious.
So, basically, our premise was that Nereus and Tritannus had some kind of mutation going on before they were even born. The mutation in their genetics caused their tails to be bigger than a regular triton's. Neptune and Ligea were surprised at first, but accepted their sons' irregularities. Having larger tails meant having a harder time learning to swim. This was why Ligea could only pay attention to one child at a time.
Before he started swimming, Tritannus would slither around on his tail. Tressa was fooling around with him when he was two, holding his hands while leading him around near the floor. This cause Tritannus to learn to use his tail to learn another movement other than just swimming. He slithered around before finally learning to swim.
He has not forgotten that particular skill as he once dragged Nereus near the surface. They both fooled around for a while before Tritannus slithered on land. This surprised Nereus and he asked Tritannus how he did that. Tritannus replied that he just could.
It was the first time Tritannus was the one teaching Nereus to do something, although they both agreed it was silly and a little useless.
Seriously...
They can slither like snakes.

I really wished we explored some other realm's holiday instead of Earth.
Okay, I get it, Bloom's been raised on Earth, it's important to her story, it's a holiday she celebrates, it's something special to her. What about the others? It's as if there are no holidays on other realms. Couldn't we explore what other holidays the other realms have if Earth has Christmas and Halloween?
I'm sorry, I'm just ranting at this point. I just want the others to have a chance to share their holiday tradition instead of just attempting to cheer up Bloom. They could've shared their disappointment as well in not being able to leave the school for their own days but no, we just have to focus on Earth, we just have to focus on Bloom.
During the events of Alfea being trapped under a dome for just the time being, plot convenience to celebrate Christmas, it feels we could've get to see more of what's happening elsewhere.
We have "the day of the rose", which is equivalent to mother's day. So why not expand on more holidays in the magic dimension?
Again, I'm sorry, this is just a long rant since the character above, Ahisa, is from that particular episode.

Someone asked if the destruction of Domino was the reason dark magic was frowned upon on Andros. My answer to that...is no.
I've been trying to figure out their age for some time. I'm mainly talking about Tressa, Nereus, Tritannus. Tressa is the same age as Aisha. More or less, Tressa is a little older by a few months. Since royalties usually decide who will take the throne when the child is eighteen, I'm going to put Nereus as eighteen.
Now, something about their age...
Nereus is eighteen, but Tritannus is only seventeen. How are they still twins then? Nereus is a year-end-baby, Tritannus is a new-year-baby. I've actually asked about this with someone who used to work as a nurse and they said "Yes, this still counts as them being twins."
Even though they're only one minute apart, somehow Neptune only sees Nereus. Tritannus was almost non-existent in his eyes. Ligea could only care for one at a time. This leaves little Tressa, who was only three when the twins were born. Tressa loved spending hours just hovering above a baby who would reach his arms out to try and grab her hair.
As the twins grew up, Tressa was the one that practically raised Tritannus despite only being three years older. She realised her parents would cater to Nereus more. Nereus was a fussy baby, he would "demand" their parents' attention. Tritannus was more quiet... The opposite of how they are now...
"Something happened" actually refers to Tritannus losing control of his magic because of his emotions. He and Nereus had a fight when they were five, over something small. It eventually got so bad, they started throwing hands. Unfortunately for Tritannus, he didn't have total control over his magic. He had unintentionally sent Nereus flying across the throne room, with several witnesses at the scene as well. Nereus was unconscious for two days.
At the same time, fairies from other realms warned about dark magic and how it is only good for causing harm. This caused Tritannus to be isolated. No, he wasn't locked in a room or anything, people just avoid him. He was more hurt when even his own parents avoided him. Tressa would be there to comfort him before she was told to stay away as well.
The only ones who would even dare go near him are the ones who lived in a village far away from the kingdom. Tritannus visited the villagers often and discovered they often get ill because they couldn't get the help they needed. It was then he got fascinated with their use of poison and toxins to cure the sick, as limited as it was. It was then, his fascination with turning toxins into medication began. If only he knew how much he helped them with the discoveries he made.
Side note, Tecna's transformations are unbelievably beautiful!
P.S. - There's something wrong with my keyboard, it's so hard to press the spacebar and certain letters.

How many times have I redrawn Flora in this outfit?
Anway... poison and toxins underwater... are drugs...
Okay, maybe not the toxins from the pollution, but just from sea creatures in general. Lionfish, stonefish, blue ringed octopus. The more severe the toxin each sea creature contains, the stronger the drugs.
Toxins from pollutants are unnatural, meaning it can warp the mind of an individual. Combine that with dark magic, it can cause a corruption within the mind of the person.
Yes, this is a headcanon.
I was trying to figure out what could've caused Tritannus to lose himself entirely to toxins and this was the best I could come up with.
Tritannus was born with magic, he practices dark magic and was actually praised for it before. But then things happened and people started frowning upon dark magic. It probably doesn't help that fairies are going around telling everyone dark magic is wrong, it's dangerous, it's diabolical. He was a child when all this happened and it contributed to him losing his senses eventually. It doesn't help that his own parents don't even realise he's losing himself.
Nereus finds out something is wrong with his brother but anything he says about it was brushed off. Their parents deemed it was just nothing. Tressa watches Tritannus lose himself, being told he was just a bad influence and shouldn't be catered to.
With all this negativity in his head, plus the toxins he absorbed, he was gone. Just an empty shell of his former self. Nereus thought he could convince his brother to stop, but unfortunately, the moment the toxins entered his body, Tritannus had disappeared. Nobody knew this.
Why was he a psycho? People call him that all the time, right?
Tritannus had always been fascinated in medication underwater. He's kept a few of those poisonous fish and plants to study. He's never actually paid any attention to wanting the throne, which was something weird in everyone's eyes. What he truly wanted was his parents' attention. He wanted to do something they would be proud of.
He turned to creating medication using toxins. What made things worse, was that he sometimes tested it on himself. Whenever he gets sick, he knew they wouldn't care, so he took this chance to find out which toxins could have a better effect against which types of illnesses or wounds. Someone found out and word got out.
He was forced to stop this nonsense. He was forced to study along his brother to inherit the throne. A throne he knows he will never be his.
The funny thing was. Tritannus's work wasn't in vain. He found a few that would actually help. He gave some to the ones that lived far away from the kingdom. They were grateful for it, but they were also the only ones that knew.
I'm so sorry, I was actually planning out to just write out part of the headcanon, instead I wrote out the entire thing.

Bloom gets to keep her moment of claiming the gem of courage, mainly because each girls get their moment to shine on their home planet's oceans, except for Tecna, hence the changes I made for her to learn and earn the gem of empathy instead of giving the moment to Bloom.
But the way they earn it, Flora doesn't want to hurt the creature. The Winx try to stop it but realise way earlier their spells don't work. Tecna realises they're not fighting against an actual creature. She explains their spells don't work against the creature the same way it doesn't work against holograms. Flora realises this meant she wouldn't be harming a creature of nature after all, but how could they get the gem from within the beast?
Their sirenix boxes appear, their guardians manifested and tells them to hurry. I imagine it's not as easy doing the quests and it took them a long time. They spend a lot of time on each quest so the guardian telling them to hurry would make sense at least.
Being headstrong and impulsive, Bloom dives towards the creature, getting devoured by it. But then she blasts her magic from within, somewhere the creature can finally be disintegrated.
Seeing Bloom alright made the other Winx happy, but she does get punched in the shoulder by Aisha because she worried them so much.
