hi! for someone who has played quite a bit of magiquest but has realized they never remembered much of the lore/character stuff and wants to learn more, would you have any recommendations on where to start?

hi!!! ummm this is a bit of a tricky question, bc unfortunately the MQ wiki is........ Hm. not as comprehensive as I'd like, let's say that

the old MQ site has a small section of character blurbs and creature blurbs (highlight the screen to see the text on the creature page). There's a press kit which features bios on more characters, but they're shorter. I've also transcribed the clan descriptions with the clan-specific runes here, alongside some silly analysis of one little clan blurb. aaaand last couple of links, some analysis on Xavier's character and a general writeup I did abt MQ as a whole. I'll also plug the MQ reddit, it's a neat little community even if I'm barely active on there lol aaaaaand SkeltalMQ on youtube has some really neat content (both game footage and interviews with cast members!!)

I will say, if there are any specific characters you'd like to know more about, let me know!! I'm more than happy to go digging around ^_^

I am also considering putting together some sort of resource with all the lore I can find. a lot of what I have is, like, dug up from the wayback machine or Physically Printed In One Of My Ancient Book Of Wisdoms + it'd be nice to have things in one place. we'll see, I haven't had a lot of time/energy for passion projects + I don't foresee myself having any for a while this year (unfortunately)
