I don’t know how to interpret this voice memory for totk.Basically Zelda sets off Evantide Island, and link decided to come with her to protect her. He only told her about how he got his clothes removed when being on the island after she asked why he was closing his eyes. Do you think he did this on purpose or did he genuinely forget?

i believe in botw/totk zelink but i don’t think they’re dating or have done anything with each other it’s like a mulder and scully situation

like everyone points to the hateno house as proof they are dating or whatever but i think what happened is link donated his house to zelda and zelda at first assumed they would live together and they do hang out all day but when the sun goes down they both get awkward and link just leaves

and it’s been like that for 5+ years

Part of me is worried that Nintendo outright de-confirms the living together theory, but if they do that, then their vague hints towards it in both the game itself and Master Works was an odd choice? And things like the valentines day card they posted?? And it would feel like them suddenly getting cold feet and refusing to commit to the bit.

There's also a lot of other places than just the house they're going to have to dance around and have the potential for absolute chaos, like

Her old bedroom at the castle (where there's a royal guard's hat... though that's probably going to be ignored I imagine) and hell, maybe even the castle in general. We are getting new pre-calamity lore, as this image shows

"The Honest Truth" especially has me intrigued as to what that could be referring to.

Then there's lover's pond and lurelin, the hebra hotsprings, each of the major villages.... and 150 of these around hyrule? One for botw Zelda and another for totk Zelda? Yeah they're going to have to beat around the bush and everything they already established in botw, totk, aoc and the books A LOT in the writing to somehow not confirm they are a couple here...
