Nothing will ever compare to being 60% through the true lab and reading alphys calling the garbage dump her element and talking about how she’s ignoring asgores calls and remembering her earlier jokes about being garbage and realizing this isn’t a horror story about a scientist consumed by hubris it’s a story about a woman who made a mistake and couldn’t find the strength to do anything about it for a long time and seeing yourself in that woman and knowing that you and she can both do the right thing and be honest with loved ones about what’s been going on.
