When we look into our history, we should wonder what we have been taught, by whom, and for what purpose.
We live in a world shaped by those who conquered it. For this reason we must face the fact that those who fed us our history, may have directly stemmed from evil or been influenced by it at the least.
Because of this, we must relearn history if we are in the pursuit of the truth. Because the truth from a conqueror will show only the pieces of history that fit their narrative and that shows them in the best light. They continuously lie by omission, and then gaslight us into believing it was our fault for not asking the right questions. The truth has so much more to teach us, than the conqueror is willing to grace us with, so we must take matters into our own hands.
This is us, taking our history back. For the sake of our future.
