lmao nah that anon got it all wrong, the clue is in the name. semi appless. it means the app is the same as a full app rp but without the para sample. if an rp has a typical appless format name, age, traits fc. then it's appless, it doesn't matter if there's an app count or not. this was a mess so ill sum up: the size of the app deters whether it's appless or semi appless, not whether is has an app count.
