Waist = 65-68 cm > 62-65 cm > 60-62 cm
Stomach = 71-75 cm > 70-74 cm > 70-72 cm
Thigh = 47 cm > 47 cm > 46.5 cm
Finally some improvements.
I did 4 workouts and 3 stretching as planned. Didn't walk nearly enough - need to work on that part.
Diet seems fine.
Need to sleep more and better.
Knee pain is almost gone, but I feel it when doing Jumping Jacks, so. still no yoga for now.
I think I can try yoga next week.
