NPCRomance Mod (BETA)

This pure scripting mod attempts to breathe some life into your Sims’ NPC friends and romantic interests by allowing them a chance to advance their relationship with your sim when they are nearby.

NPCs now have a small chance or additional chance to:

Ask your active sim out on a date

Kiss or First Kiss with your active sim

Initiate Woohoo with your active sim

Ask your active sim to Go Steady

Propose to your active sim

Initiate Try for Baby with your active sim

All of these interactions have multiple conditions and are cancellable, but your active sim will decide whether to accept them.

This pure scripting mod is currently in beta, as it’s my first scripting mod. It’s far from being perfect. Please let me know if you encounter problems or have any suggestions.

A 4t3 conversion from an elegant robe tha can easily fit the 1930′s, made by the wonderful Sifix, now to ts3! Hope you like it! Enjoy! <3

Known Problems:

Not exactly a problem, but this robe is a bit more high poly then usual, but for me it’s justified because it’s soo detailed! The bones would look suuper crunchy and unstable otherwise too, and apparently making edge loops didn’t work for me. Sorry!

Also, I highly recommend using the no feet mesh by @danjaley​​ here, they can poke out of the dress in some animations and this prevents it, because they’re very close to the edge of the robe! A lot of ea dresses act like this too, so maxis match!! lol

LIGHTING GLITCHES ONLY APPEAR ON CAS!

* Note that teens and elders have unsolvable neck gaps. This is sadly the price for having them available! for teens, try using this slider by gruesim!

Today (after a bit of a break due to work) I bring you another new upload. This is yet another s3ccwish from tumblr made by a dear friend, annywaysimblr with a personal twist. What we have here is the UL jacket with the shirt changed out for a turtleneck and sleeves added. We both liked the UL jacket and details so there was no point changing them, then I added the turtleneck which looks really good, great for those cold winter evenings.

Emerald Valley Ep.20 - Coffee House

Kinda accidentally ended up with plans of making over all the builds in Sunset Valley, without using custom content (except RH rugs) nor store items. Once done, I’m planning on having a save file with all of them, in the meantime here is the latest one.

LANDGRAAB ESTATE

Remodeling of Landgraab estate, home of the Landgraab Family in Sunset Valley.

Renovated on patch 1.67 -Originally in Sunset Valley so best placed there (Size: 60x60) -  Lot label = residential lot .

It's a huuge house with 4 main bedrooms (en-suite bathrooms) on second floor, multiple living spaces, swimming pool and 2 car-garage as per the description. Also added a basement (access via the sunken kitchen), there is a double-decker library, a stable (+ a few items for horse) , a kennel in caretaker's house, rooms for live-in staff mostly in the attic...

Dog, cat and horse friendly 🐕 🐈🐴

I use markers on my lots: level skip, hidden room, public room… So to be able to modify any of  these buildings you need to have cheats on:  ‘testingcheatsenabled true’, then ‘restrictbuildbuyinbuildings false’ To see/remove the markers you need ‘buydebug on.
