For my design class, we had to do an art nouveau piece, so I decided to go with Rowlet, following the hype of Pokemon Sun and Moon.

Lanaya Set: I. Mishu, King of Lanaya

I want to do a card set of my royal families for my world of Kalnira, which is basically a world full of people with cat-like features. I wanted to start off with Leto’s family, being as they are the main characters in the story, but I had to work on something more personal, and what better than a Kingdom of my cats?

The writing on the card is the Kalniran language known as Talma. The top reads “Lanaya” and the bottom reads “Mishu”. I developed the language and vectored the alphabet to be used on this and future cards.

I had wanted to immortalize my precious babies, both past and present, into characters and since I have a whole world of cat-like beings... The Kingdom of Lanaya is made up of all my cats, with Mishu as King. It suits him. He ruled the house, the cats, and the humans with a compassionate, yet firm paw. 

This is an ode to you, my precious sack of potatoes. I hope you can see and appreciate how I have immortalized you and your memory.

Brooklyn and Oceania

Recently, I did an AU of my Elemental Gods and Goddesses as mortals. I also thought it would be fun to do them as Eeveelution trainers. 

This is Oceania, the Goddess of Water and her mortal name is Brooklyn Atwater. Ironically, her Vaporeon is named Oceania.

THEY SEE ME ROLLIN’, THEY HATiN’

The hatred for the Splat Roller was really the highlight of the gameplay last weekend and well, this picture’s text is in response to the haters lol.

Finally got to work and finished my inkling. I was doing this to use as my profile picture for twitter and tumblr because of the HYPPEEEE for this game, but then I found out there was a contest! Blue is my favorite color so I designed this one after me with the same eye color and fashion sense~

The roller is my favorite of the arsenal so far and i did well in the Global Testfire. It will definitely be my go to right away upon launch, but I can’t wait to try the other weapons that become available.

AEΓPA* (Aegra) - The Bearded One

They hail from Ywarryl, the planet of dragons. Though reminiscent of whales, they are not amphibious. They live mainly in the mountains, primarily around very windy areas. The term “Bearded One” comes from their underbelly which looks like a long beard. 

In the dragon kingdom, they are considered peasants but they don’t really care. They usually do what they want anyway, such as lazing about.

Instead of fire, the Aegra breathe out hurricane-grade gusts of winds that can also shred into a foe. Even so, it isn’t very offensive, making them one of the weaker dragons. It’s usually used as a defense/escape tactic. 

An Aegra’s mouth and throat expand when they take in a large quantity of air, such as blue whale swallowing water, and can use it to strengthen its wind-breath attacks. 

*The Ywarryan alphabet shares its characters with the Greek alphabet. These dragons can traverse time and space, and it is believed that they bestowed their knowledge of language onto Earth many years ago, thus bearing similarities to the Greek language.

A dragon based on a whale!

Sketched mostly by sami-bee, I finally decided to get started on sketching out my dragons, and this is one of the little buggers known as Aegra, or The Bearded One. It sucks in wind and it’s mouth and throat expand like a whale swallowing water before bellowing out hurricane like winds at its foes.

On the Hunt

A Demon Lord hunts for one of his runaway slaves through the Arched Woods of Gaea. The raging blizzard isn’t enough to stop his search. He is accompanied by two of his more obedient slaves. He managed to track down his runaway to an abandoned cabin the woods. 

((although Demons are very tall, the two smaller ones are crouching. I tried to depict that to the best of my ability. Also...eff dem trees))

Gabriel’s Marking

Gabriel is a young Witch who has completed a certain level of studies in the art of Witchcraft. He visits Madame Innocence to receive his Magic Circle and become a full-fledge Witch.

On Gaea, a magic circle allows the user to fully utilize the entire elemental spectrum of magic, such as fire, and water. Normally, any being can only use one, or two at most elements. A Marker is a Witch who has mastered three or more forms of Witchcraft.

Below is an excerpt of about this scene

She inhaled deeply on her pipe and exhaled its smoke as she said. "have a seat."

She turned away from me and I could hear the sound of glass and ceramic being worked with. There was a single cushion lying in from of her. It was tattered and looked almost void of its comfort. For someone who scarcely receives visitors, its shockingly worn. Sitting upon it only confirmed my suspicions. I might as well have sat on the floor.

She turned to face me, a shallow bowl of what looked like ink nestled in her lap. She placed it beside her and pulled a thin brush out from behind her ear.

"Well? Hold out your hand."

Her words were muffled by her pipe clenched in her teeth. I extended my right hand. I was caught off guard by his hard she seized my wrist. She pulled kind of hard to bring it closer to herself, which left me in an awkward and uncomfortable position for the rest of this ordeal.

She dipped her brush in the ink and began to lightly paint a circle on the back of my hand.

"What's that made out of?" I tried to make light conversation.

"It's just black ink. Enchanted, of course, as regular ink means nothing,"

"So I could've done this myself, huh?"

"It's not easy to get this type of ink and to enchant it is difficult. Not many know what's really needed. But yes, you could've, but it wouldn't have been as effective. Otherwise, why come all the way here?"

"You are one of the best Markers in Seda, or so I've heard."

“You heard right,” a smirk poked at the edges of her mouth, but I could tell she fought it back to retain a certain stoicism.

AH SHE'S SO FAB OMFG. I LOVE the flower border omg, it's absolutely gorgeous. Dang and that ribbon is so well done, details man. What a queen

thank you darling :D I will have to admit that I didn't make the ribbon from scratch. There is a ribbon line tool that has a bunch from stock. All I did was alter the color and size lol.
