Ima had just been revived in his new body. He and Kako had a lot of catching up to do.

A lot of time to make up for.

It wasnt long before they were in Kako's room, bodies pressed against each other on the bed.

"Dearest brother, you're so little now!" Kako exclaimed, her hands way too easily able to wrap around Ima's way too tiny arms. "Please, let me know if anything hurts! The last thing I want is to hurt you."

"Dearest sister, you are the one who has every right to hurt me..." Though, noticing his sister's tears, Ima assured her "Im fine, really! I feel better than ever! Especially in your arms..."

Still crying (it was had been a long week!), her face softened as she looked at his new face. She let out a giggle. "Your mouth is so little!" As she moved closer, her voice got softer and quieter as she nearly whispered "would it hurt you if I-?"

They pressed their lips against each other. They pressed and pressed and they pressed their bodies together and Kako ever so gently tried to position her arms around his head, whatever was considered his head now, and Ima's short new arms barely able to wrap around the front half of his dearest sister's arms.

If there had been any lingering doubt that this was her dearest brother, it was gone now. His kisses, though tinier, were the same as she's always known.

Kako muttered between kisses. "Dont...never leave..me again...dearest brother..."

"Never..." Ima said.

He stopped to look up at her. They gazed into each other's eyes.

Kako was still adjusting herself to Ima's new body. Which, at this point, had turned red all over.

He was looking up at Kako's much larger body. Forgetting the promise to treat them as equals, he accidentally said "I'll never leave my sweet little sister again."

Kako wasnt mad at this. But she raised an eyebrow. "Little...?"

Ima gulped. "Oh! I..I mean..."

Kako leaned closer again, her hot breath on his face. "Im bigger than you now" she whispered. "I think - Im your big sister now."

She deviously kissed him before he could protest, her body pressing into Ima and the bed, trying to tease him into rising.

Ima caught onto the act. "Dearest...p-please...I dont have a-"

At once, a cartoony "BOIIIOIIOOOIIIOOOIIOOOOIIING!" sound effect sprang out, along with a comically large, cartoonishly nondescript dong, which sucker-punched Kako and sent her flying backwards.

"Ow..." Kako held her face on its new bruise, wincing in pain.

Both twins were in shock. They just stared at...that.

"I ...didnt know I had that..." Ima nearly whispered.

Without really thinking, Kako reached for it.

Ima tensed up.

Kako looked down at her dearest brother, laughing at his predicament.

Still, she immeadiately took her hand off of his...extension.

In the past, she liked to tease him, liked to feel the bulge through clothes, but they always stopped at this point. "I'll be sad when your husband takes your virginity away some day..." Ima would say, as a way to remind both of them of the line they dare not cross. She dared not say it, but truthfully, as long as they were alone, Kako didnt care as much about that as Ima did, but she respected this.

But this was the first time she had teased him when he was... technically naked.

"Im sorry!" They both said at the same time.

Ima's boner went down, somehow disappearing altogether, as Ima fussed over the bruise, and Kako insisted she was fine.
