so i have received two donations that equal a total of $90 (tysm!!) and after making some sales of some collectibles and pawning some things (and skipping bills this month which will make next month super fun!) it looks like we are still around $100-200 short depending on expenses for things we absolutely can't skip like the animal's food, gas, certain medications etc. for the next two weeks. if anyone can donate, please please consider doing so. ty all for your patience! (the $90 transaction fee to pay the bill is pissing me off so bad??!)

So we've owned our home for 13 going on 14 years now. Bought it outright. We were lucky on timing. That being said it's a pos and falling apart and property tax prices have skyrocketed in our crappy part of town for no legitimate reason over the last five or six years from 1000 a year to now 3600 and we are behind a full year. We will have 2600/3600 by the time that taxes are due at the end of the month. We are still trying to sell things and find other ways to make up the difference. It was supposed to come out of my partner's 401k but they were fired in November and we had to survive off those savings and they're all gone. They have a job now but it just covers our month to month expenses.

If we do not have the full amount by the end of the month we lose our house. If there is anything -- anything you can donate between now and May 28th, please please please consider doing so. We may be able to borrow some from my partner's mom but she is a widow and has only so much money and if we have to ask her for help I would like to know that we have done literally everything else we can before then. I'm donating plasma, I'm selling off collectibles, my partner is working what limited overtime is available, we have cut down on every possible expense that we can. Please, if you can help. Please do.
