Chrys gave everything to the order. Every fiber, every strength, every piece of his soul as he served in the order. He was a devout guard of the Coruscant temple.

But sometimes it’s the memories that leave us that haunt us the most. Chrys learned this on the night of the purge, as he remained helpless as he had with his own padawan many years back.

His rage, his fear, his suffering crept to the surface. It threatened to swallow him whole.

Until he was gifted a new path to tread, a clouded one. A dark one.

The cavern echoed with the rhythmic hum of Fallon’s quiet breath as she forged further into the shadowy depths. A sudden rumble from the cavern’s depths gave her pause, her chest falling in anticipation. Scanning the shadows with practiced ease, the air grew thick with the silence of the ancient crystals. She had come here seeking what she had lost—a piece of herself that had shattered in the crucible of battle.

The frost glistened as she moved deeper, the terrain shifted from icy passages to a more rugged expanse, crystals appeared all around her but something drew her further.

.

She reached a wide chamber, and her gaze was drawn upward, where the walls seemed to shimmer with a strange, inviting light. She felt a shift in the Force, a subtle pull that guided her towards a narrow crevice near the far end of the chamber.

.

Fallon approached the crevice, her eyes adjusting to the dim glow emanating from within. Her fingers brushed against the cool surface of the wall, feeling the faint vibrations of something ancient hidden within. She extended her senses, letting the Force guide her to the heart of the crystal’s essence.

.

She felt a jolt of recognition and reverence. Two crystals lay nestled in a small alcove: one glowing a fierce, vivid orange and the other a serene, deep blue. Their colors seemed to resonate with her own inner conflict and balance—both were a reflection of the duality she had come to embody.

.

The moment they were in her grasp, the Force seemed to sing, a harmonious blend of her past and present. The crystals radiated warmth and coolness, glowing as she held them up to the light, feeling their energy merge with her own.

.

These crystals were not just replacements; they were a symbol of her growth, her ability to adapt and protect despite the shifting tides of war. Fallon’s heart steadied as she held them, the weight of her choices and responsibilities grounding her.

.

“This is my new path,” she whispered; the role of both guardian and protector.

Gurren Siridyn of the Jedi Order

Born in 39 bby - The Clone Wars Era

.

A reserved padawan of Master Ranji’krall’timis Shaulus, Gurren was a patient and calm student of the order. He observed his surrounds before taking action. His mannerisms often displayed the makings of a highly honorable force user.

.

Serving alongside his master, General Krall in the clone wars, they led the 442nd before its disbandment and later the 377th infiltration division. Gurren was not knighted during the clone wars however under the pressure of Krall’s insistence that he was not capable of the mantle yet, a means to further warp Gurren’s mind until he was completely faithful to Krall’s whims.

.

Gurren Siridyn was sought after like a falling star, a gift to the order and a promise to the master. A rare force user traced back from a bygone era. Whether it be fear or pride, Gurren never spoke up of the mistreatment he received from his Mentor. For his concern and care for Padawan Wisteria held his tongue. He was the perfect student but a terrible keeper of promises. For the biggest promise he gave, seemed to escape his grasp. And on the night of the purge, he watched as that promise fell and shattered.

And yet she was connected to everything. As if her heart strung to the same rhythm as the universe. She knew when to act before she sensed it. Her gift of tacenaudade is what made Malicos realize just how afraid she was. Of the world, of her comrades, of herself. For fear is the biggest battle to overcome. .
