#HeadbandMonday goes back to the beginning of May when I hit my first #ToughMudder of 2018 as a #TMAmbassador, also making it a #DoubleMudderWeekend. This was tough, the hills at Henley were brutal, and I had to complete loop 2 solo as the team I ran with were doing the Half course. But, for the first time in my life, I did #FunkyMonkey, as it was above crash mats, I made myself try it. Childhood dream genuinely came true tonight. I saw Steps live, and it was like I was a little kid again watching their arena tour on film and doing an the same moves! Wow....Tough Mudder number 2, I thought I was so cool with my green headband and such a bad ass......Just over a week ago I added a zero to my Muddy total having racked up more miles last year than ever, and doing the same again this year. It's an absolute honor and privilege to be a #TMAmbassador this year too! I still hate running. I don't think I'll ever like it. But this year has also flagged up a few issues with my health and now being tested for asthma to see if I'm right in my theory. I still find it tough going, it's not just a walk in the park, but I know my endurance has improved and my sheer determination has soared. I've raised hundreds and thousands of pounds for charity along the way, and I won't stop. 20th headband on the 20th May for a Midlands Double Weekend. Today I want alone so you don't just have my ugly mug to look at! Love this course the most, but looking forward to seeing the new London North venue in July for the 21st.....and more! Now I've hit the 20, it's getting REALLY exciting!
