Chapter 5 - “Pizza Run thoughts”
It was rather nothing much other than a guy getting pizza for dinner, when seen on the outside. But in some weird form, it seemed like a potential idea was sprawling in the mind.
To Hayden Knight, it felt as if major deja-vu had happened - given that he found a ghost from his past literally a few nights ago, albeit randomly, on a far different social media platform.
Thinking about it, it seemed like time was calling for 3 very well built cars of different calibers - each sporting very little (to none at all!) in terms of liveries or decals. Time was also calling it to become a great battle yet once again, but in hindsight it was to rather reunite the team behind a great enterprise amidst a small idea that had been brewing.
Back to the pizza however, it was a wise choice to pick given the day’s events - which did include a heavy dose of getting to meet one-on-one with some famous faces in the Time Attack category of cars. On one hand it was a great event, due to the vast selection of cars on display, on the other though, it was a nice day to reunite with someone from the past. It was also a wise idea to rather spend time at an event where common ground could be established and fun can be had - for it really did expose quite a whole lot of ideas that were worthwhile of a pursuit in, if not an investment towards. On the contrary, a little bit of Motorsport-related discussion had also somewhat occurred that was also worthwhile as it definitely showed quite a lot of interesting BTS that was worth the planning and development of something else in mind.
The 3-way battle that was being thought of in one mind, was really to also rather bring back someone who had been out of contact ever since the previous race on the Bountyman’s Expressway. Then again, it was also useful to take up the idea of racing in the first place as each of the drivers in this scenario (Knight himself included) definitely had someone in their mind that was worth to move on from. That is, until the randomness of the previous night’s search in its accuracy of placement of things.
As Hayden had thought about the idea and some other recent developments in his mind, it was worth noting that whilst at a pier of sorts, it was wise to rather get back home as soon as possible - as he could’ve sworn he had dodged something in the process. Something that rather was proven easily by the sheer & sudden presence of police in the area who were attending to something that had happened nearby the lighthouse.
Then again, it felt like his old keychain was really something on par with a gift of sorts that had been received in the summer when the whole family had moved.

Author’s Note:
Due to how buggy this platform is, I’m looking into reviving this project sometime later next month after I get over with some important things. Might be doing a slight bit of a changearound but I have something else in the works that will help this thing become more interesting than what it seems.

Chapter 4 - “Rise of the Attack Dogs project”
It surely had been a while since livery designs had taken the GTL by storm - with examples of ideas being put up on cars as early as the start of the GTL itself in 2017.
However, as time passed by, it was evident that livery designs surely were taking a unique direction - to a point where the idea of replicas were also taken up as much as the idea of original ideas based on existing genres, if not existing legends of motorsport disciplines. To some, this meant absolute freedom and experience building in the livery sessions - as some ideas were actually made up from one car and then transferred onto others as time passed by.
To Mr. Knight however, the livery sessions he held for himself did lead to a lot of gradual work on special projects he had in use in some forms of racing. This included the A90 Supra (in both GT3 and road car form) and the Nissan GTR - as well as a sleuth of other cars formidable for a feature album somewhere.
The A90 Supra, to Knight, was quite the car to choose, as it did lead to become the second car ever to join his “Attack Dogs” project of livery designs - and the GT3 car itself had gradually (in the course of 2019) led to 3 separate designs - 2 of which were in final form for sure, and ready for debut by winter’s entrance to Canada.
As the summer had come to a close, Hayden found himself to become very fond of a new offering by the GTL - in the form of a ZL1 1LE-spec 2018 Camaro.
This, for sure, was the 4th ever official car to be joining the project of his - and he had more of a classic throwback in mind planned out for the car itself, given that it had been very controllable in terms of drifting - in similar to something that was run as the go-to drift car in the previous iteration of the GTL hub.
Backing out of the GTL hub into reality, it surely was certain that some personal effects were thought about to be featured in livery work after a solid day or two away from the racing league hub in question.
Then again, looking at weather forecasts, it was like the weather was really calling for another reflection run yet once more. Rain it was, but tempting it was as well to hop out for a short one.
Errands, meanwhile, kept him busy with regular life, to a point where the GTL-provided resources did help him atleast unwind in some manner - even to a point where our main protagonist even found himself able to make a teaser reel for one of the “Attack Dog” branded projects.

Chapter 3 - “Trip and Run”
It was rather a bittersweet type of morning to do so, but curiosity had struck the mind.
Of course, the trip ideas for the day had to involve a day trip to there but it felt nice to kick back and actually enjoy the day out.
Accompanied by music, and the motivation to rather get it done with, the day begun with the sound of a buzzing cold Boxer engine - which had warmed up in record time as compared to other days, and a double check of the route.
The weather had called for rain, but then again our humble protagonist did happen to stop over in a parking lot as the presence of darker clouds had started well into the afternoon. At least prep was done beforehand - there was a spare jacket in the trunk’s box that was ready for the occasion if need be, along with gloves as well.
The whole trip had taken about 2 hours but it wasn’t much of the worrying thing as it was done in broad daylight, and had been a pretty straightforward route. The worrying thing, though, was the idea of managing to get to two key locations and get some good photos - and at least getting it done stealthily.
Upon actually getting done with photos, the idea of checking out something else did pop into mind - and it indeed proved to be true about a suspicion that originated by Google Maps a few years ago. After getting done and out of the area, all it took was rather a little bit of a lengthier route for the way back home - all due to traffic. However, even though it had been a long journey, the Boxer engine had somehow managed to show a small positive change in it’s fuel economy - somehow ending up with higher range left on the tank than before!
To close off the trip, the way back had proven to be quite the nasty coincidence - as the rainy conditions had started and then got severely heavy upon the halfway mark - returning to a calm drizzle by the time our protagonist had reached the local landmark of his area.

Chapter 2 - “Re/Start”
As SAGO had found itself wrapping up due to commitment issues, another league had come across the radar - the ISRL.
However, outside of racing, life seemingly left a huge toll on Hayden Knight - especially now that he had to deal with moving about - shifting into a new place in the process. This wasn’t so bad when it came time to rejoining the action that was taking part in the GT hub itself.
It may have been a solid month ever since the closing of SAGO, but to Knight, this news was like a fresh breath of air.
The league surely was something worth attending, for the fact that it held Saturday bound meetups and races pretty often. The mode of communication was a pretty common one in question - Discord.
As reality had sunk in outside of racing, it was apparent that waiting for Saturday was more of a hectic and problematic thing to be doing - thus, leading Hayden to focus on other important things on hand, such as a small round of research and setting up the place and a small thing that was popping up in his head as of recent group chats.

Chapter 1 - “Crossroads”

The weekend-bound racer surely found himself in the crossroads of what would happen in the summer. Surely he was just in Ireland due to a stopover for the sake of one racing league but it did allow him to relax and rather process what had been given to him as a finale decision. Such stopover even had given yet another opportunity to take the 86 GRMN out after a long while.
What came next was that at last, he may as well be able to finally pursue something akin to another GTL build he'd done prior to the SAGO's invite.
What also came was maybe a good "feels trip", let alone maybe a trip down memory lane. One thing that had stopped him from having such moments prior was the freedom with a car of his own. Now it was rather the worrying of whether or not he'd be able/allowed to pursue such a big investment of a weekend project.
The project that came before SAGO was a rather ambitious one - albeit also personal for Hayden as it referenced various aspects in his everyday non-GTL life. The teeth-like decal, for instance, harkened back to the trip he had made with friends to a gaming convention in Abu Dhabi - for it was rather the return trip home as well that helped solidify a bit more of his driving persona; the "Road Warrior" as he was called then due to his blocking skills.

The car's number itself was something that was a nod, if not an ode to his childhood memories. The number 15 was associated with the school he had gone to and had fond memories of. Memories which may have surfaced back into his mind after recent events on social media that poofed up out of the blue.
The number, with great respect to heritage, would soon find use in the GTR he'd piloted for SAGO - albeit being cut short of a full race due to another closely-associated assigned number being needed instead - the great "47".
For the GTR however, it was a rather nicer idea that popped up out in his mind while making the livery. "OH, WAIT! HOW ABOUT I MAKE IT THEMED LIKE THAT?" he thought.

What originally was thought to be a questionable choice was rather also a good one on another personal note - for it was like the Amuse S2000's Easter Egg livery, but the plan was to be as subtle as ever for the first, opening round of the competition.
The place he referenced?
It was the high-school he went to prior to taking up racing as a pastime while pursuing a full time degree. The memories associated with this place almost mimicked that of the meaning of "15", for it was also rather calling upon him to rather think of a mini trip to do once he was back in town later in the summer.
For now, the livery had to be subtle in reference. His way of doing so? Why yes, the darkened shade of both prominent colors were the key features of the design (the mustard and darker "Old Spice" red-like colors), while the white and black were made into minor stripes to accompany the two main details for the rear section of the car.
Up front though, he thought it would be also a wise, and nice idea to rather reference to the car's own racing heritage - seen with the "Calsonic Blue" front end, and also in the form of the Impul and Calsonic badging too - which could be minor things one would pick up quickly if they know the GTR's past in the realm of motorsports.

Headcanon #1
Random thoughts of a day of all dates in the past surely were calling for him to rather drop everything off of his to-do list on a weekday and go for a night drive.
The location itself was surely one to catch the eye of select few - as it also signaled a mere return to a hometown at the same time, albeit not many had known of the car driven by him - and this was helpful towards his personal “stealth” factor that grew the more he had driven the old V6 prior to the summer.
Upon reaching the location that was on his mind, there was rather a feeling of emptiness - a lack of a “train of thought”, which was very rare for a type of person like himself.
A 3-point turn in a merely tight spot was all that was left, for it was also to help cut down commute time on the return/exit route - although his engine was a bit tooo burly to keep it unnoticeable.
All he saw next was rather a set of train tracks that sat in between both a nice scenic spot and the local businesses. It had felt rather like a spot to be at for a good hour if not more, nevertheless. He also had a weird feeling of somehow managing to be very close to an old friend's place, although he was completely unsure of it.
The car of personal choice also complimented this spot very well - for it was reminding him of certain locations that were scoped out during his racing days in the summer. “Eh, why not a shot in the dark” he thought, whipping out a phone’s camera for a few shots in a dimly lit area.
Alongside stopping by to just clear up his mind, a short walk around the location was more helpful - for it also was a night where he’d thought of dropping off something similar to a momento/memento - an ode to old times.
Even though he had a truthfully empty train of thought while walking back to the car, he could’ve sworn he had heard the sound of “his people” rumbling not too far from where he was.
“Well, shit. This should be fun”, he muttered to himself.
Not too long after, another all-too-familiar burble also roared to life - awaiting for the next location on the driver’s mind. A symphony from the music playlist had also started up (albeit being on more of a lower volume than said burble) just prior to departure - helping the driver also return back from a train of thought that turned into a self-thought sense of an upcoming project.
He was back home before dinner time, just now in a more calmer, relaxed mood.
He also was just back home in time before a race session had come knocking on his doorstep. Not that he felt like complaining, but it was rather more like a weekend fling that evolved from an old idea he had once. Although this time round, he actually had been glad that he approached the organizer this time round - for it was one of many moments that saw him be more of a staff member to a racing league that had popped up on his radar mere months before his birthday.
