AZUL ASHENGROTTO

After the breakup, instead of showing signs of being heartbroken, Azul walks around throughout his day with almost the same attitude, as if he didn't just broke up with the person that he loved the most.

Whether it be luring the others through a contract or just handling some other business, Azul was still the same old him.

But deep down, Azul can see just how much he's trying to forced himself to act as if nothing happened. As if he didn't just lose you.

The pain inside of him is unbearable, as if it's always trying to kill him everyday. But that is the very reason why he's being pushed to show no signs of his suffering.

Because he can't let the others see how weak he truly is at this moment. Not even to himself. He doesn't want to witness himself to fall against the clutches of his

Though he would be successful in doing that, his emotions and thoughts would keep thawing at him. In his mind, and his heart.

It may take a while as Azul is really trying hard to keep himself strong.

But whenever he would see you enjoying yourself with your friends, that perfect smile of yours plastered upon your face, that he now couldn't see to be sent directly at him...

The tears that he kept from crying out, the emotions that his heart tried to hold on for him. He lets them out. All at once.

He'll keep himself locked up in his room for as long as he needed; he'll not open up to anyone who knocks and calls out from the other side of his door. Even if it were to be one of the Leech twins, the only response that they would be getting from him is his cries full of pain and guilt. Those emotions that he kept for so long after his breakup with you, only for it to continue haunting him and eventually, shattering him.

But as much as Azul wanted to continue weeping, he'll get tired eventually. And sooner enough, except from all of the Octavinelle students, Floyd and Jade would be able to go inside of his room.

They're already aware of what is happening, so each tried to throw out different ideas as to how to get Azul and you get back together. Even though Azul didn't really mentioned of wanting to. But since he knows he can't move on from you anytime soon, Azul will listen attentively to their words.

Azul would picked out Jade's simple suggestion of just giving you small gifts secretly as to slowly try to earn your favor.

You would be receiving them everyday upon your desk; your favorite flowers, your favorite snacks. He knows everything that you liked after all, that's just how much he loves you.

He would usually remember the littlest of things from the other person to take advantage of them, but he genuinely just wants to get back with you. Nothing more, nothing less.

You on the other hand, would be desperately trying to ignore Azul's advances. But whenever you would stare at the gifts placed above your desk, you couldn't help but just remember, how you loved receiving your favorite things from Azul.

This giving of gifts would continue on, but you'll soon just get tired of just receiving them upon your desk or even from Jade himself. You wanted to see Azul.

You'll be making your way towards Mostro Lounge, requesting to Jade if you could meet Azul on his office. To which the Vice Dorm Leader would gladly guide you to the door of Azul's office.

Opening the door for you, Jade would leave you to see Azul for yourself. You'd noticed how Azul has his eyes buried on his papers, but with the sound of your voice calling out for his name would bring his eyes up from his works to your eyes.

Standing up rather quickly, Azul almost fell to his bottom when you ran up to him and catched him by wrapping your arms around into a hug.

He'll be standing up in an awkward position, too shocked to make a single movement as you had him in your hold.

With a smile slowly appearing upon his lips, he would soon return the embrace and basked himself in your arms that he missed so much—his home.

JADE LEECH

Jade, same as Azul, would be acting the same way as he normally was; a calm smile that he never lets to falter out of his face.

Though he have lost you from the breakup, the man never let this distract him from his daily life. He forges the image of you out of his mind, as well as his memories together with you.

You're not apart of his life anymore, so there should be no reason for you to stay on his mind.

Though he says that, it's like he's the one who is continuing to stay in your life even if he's not apart of it anymore.

Whenever you would be near him, he'd act as if he was still your boyfriend; you'd be asking for your seatmate to let you borrow a pen, and instead of your seatmate's hand, you would be seeing Jade's hand lending you a pen of his own.

You're confused, but at the same time, irritated. The way he's smiling as if he's doing nothing wrong. He's helping you, as if he's someone who is close to you. You were before, but you aren't now.

So you started avoiding being in the same space as him, and safe to say, you were quite successful in doing so as Jade seems to be not bothering to come after you.

Little did you know, Jade is busy trying to rearrange his thoughts and feelings... towards you.

He questions himself as to why he's still hovering over you when he shouldn't be caring about you anymore. Be it with your daily life, or just you as yourself.

For once, there's this frustration that he can't seem to shake off no matter what. He's still someone who can feel irritated once in a while, but this time is something he's sure that will stay unless he does something about it.

With that in mind, Jade decides to meet up with you. But he does have a lot of obstacle that he must overcome just so he could have a decent talk with you.

Leaving a note would surely just get thrown away by you, asking for your friends' to tell you about meeting him even if he have intimidated them would be meaningless as you're definitely not going to show up even with your friends' frantic warnings.

Usually, Jade is level-headed. But this time, he lets his overwhelming emotion of frustration... and hopelessness sink him down; like a coin dropping in the bottom of the sea. He'll let his head rest against his desk along with his Terrariums, and without him even knowing, he'll fall asleep.

He'll get himself together after that sleep. Jade figured that he should just be grab you by the arm and dragged you away from people's ears and sights.

You would be trying to pull your arm away from his hand, but later on you simply give up due to the strength of his grip around your wrist.

Jade would let go of you after he's sure that no one can eavesdrop on the two of you. Both of you would be standing there in silence, with you gazing at him with anger-filled eyes while he looks back at you with no emotion whatsoever appearing in his eyes.

At this point, Jade completely forgot what he should say. It's like standing before you made him lose all thoughts inside of his mind.

He sighs, and just uttered three words that he thinks that perfectly sums everything that he's been feeling throughout the breakup. "I miss you..."

You didn't really know how to react after that; anger, sadness, a feeling of happiness....?

Though you're filled with a variety of emotions, your face expresses shock the most. The once angry expression on your face falls out, and was replaced with your wide eyes and slightly gaping mouth.

Jade softly grabbed your hand in his, caressing the skin of your. He's staring right into your eyes, his eyes that makes you feel weak.

"Liar..." You whispered. That's what he was from the beginning after all. Someone who spout beautiful lies. You called his lies to be beautiful, because his words is what once made you felt beautiful.

His hold in your hand loosens. Instead, he replaces his hold with his hand with his arms, hugging you against him.

You couldn't stopped yourself from crying when he did that. You missed the warmth of his hugs. His hold that never fails to comfort you.

Jade's same words from earlier fell out of your lips. He didn't respond, continuing to tighten his arms around you, as if you'll disappear once he loosens his hold on you.

No words needed to be said. You and Jade still longed for each other. And the two of you can feel that, without needed to tell the other.

FLOYD LEECH

Unlike his two fellow, Octavinelle dorm members, Floyd is pretty vocal about his thoughts and emotions about your breakup with him.

Floyd would be telling Azul and Jade about just how annoying you are and all other insults that he thinks describes you.

Almost everyday, no one have ever seen Floyd be lifted out of his bad mood.

In the morning, Jade would already be slightly irritated just by how hard it is to get Floyd to get out of his bed. He growls that he doesn't want to attend any of his classes, so Jade has to resort to... dropping cold water on his twin brother. Though coldness wouldn't bother the two of them, it could wake Floyd up due to the unexpectedness.

He won't be attending any of his classes, which is honestly considered to be normal to his classmates and teachers, but he would walked around with such a scary expression that it would intimidate anyone in the same room capacity as him. Which... ends up with him getting scolded by the professors

Which only added up to his bad mood caused by his breakup with you.

It also became much more worse when he sees you walking from the opposite direction of him. With a student that's not even someone from your friend group.

But instead of going over to where you are, Floyd turned on his heel and stomped his way over to his dorm room. Where he buries his face against his pillow with the image of you from earlier stuck around his head.

Without him being able to stop it, Floyd tears up as that image continued to hurt him over and over again. Loud sobs would escaped and wrecked his body, and soon the merman would fall asleep to his song of his pain.

The next morning, Floyd would be even much more worse. Even if Jade had poured a bucket of cold water on him, he remains unmoving on his bed. With Jade having no more option to use, he would leave his twin brother to handle his problems himself.

That's... what Floyd thought, but Jade was actually on his way to fetch you. You were the caused of this intolerable Floyd, so it's only right for you to also be the solution to put an end on this.

You wouldn't have any choice but to get lead by Jade as he's definitely someone you don't want to anger. Especially with how skilled he is with his blackmail, along with his sharp words that could pierced through your vulnerable heart.

So you let him bring you towards his dorm room that he shares with Floyd. He lets you inside, only to leave you behind with his brother.

You stood there helplessly, not really knowing what to do. You gazed at Floyd who is laying on his bed with his back facing you, unsure if whether he's asleep or not.

You heard him calls out your name—your actual name and not some sort of any nickname that he had made for you. You softened when you heard it. Floyd's voice just sounded so soft.... and you could hear how tired and weary it was, as if he just finished crying his heart out.

You took slow steps towards his bed; sitting down as gently as you can as to not wake him up if he's actually sleeping. But the moment you sunk your weight onto his bed, he shift and turned around to see who it was, only to sprung up and immediately attack you with his hug.

Luckily, you didn't fell out of his bed. Sighing, you hugged your... ex-boyfriend back and laid your head on his shoulder beside his head, often snuggling closer to him.

You hear him used your sea creature nickname again, and you merely patted his head as to let him know that everything is okay. That you're here.

And you're willing to try your relationship once more with Floyd, for the second time.

IDIA SHROUD

Ortho would be the one to witness everything; just how much effect did the breakup between the two of you had on Idia.

Idia who is once pretty skilled at gaming, suddenly keeps losing and having rage quits. He once even scared Ortho when he throws his gaming console. But that fear soon became pity, when he would see tears cascading down his big brother's eyes and landing next to the fallen console, and desperately trying to stop the tears by gritting his teeth harshly, but to no avail.

Idia who can get out at least one time a day, completely shuts himself out. Even his own younger brother couldn't get in that much, not because Idia is prohibiting him, but because no matter what Ortho says to him—he doesn't really respond and remains unresponsive with whatever he's doing. So Ortho leaves him to his room to sort out his thoughts, before coming back to try and talk to him.

But Ortho wasn't successful, and though he's not functioned to get tired, Ortho is becoming quite exhausted with his big brother's behaviour.

Ortho could only think up of one thing that may bring his big brother back to his senses.

The younger Shroud would come to visit you, or even try to just bump into you in one of the school's hallways. He would then asked for you to talk with his brother, pleading for you to come with him.

But just like before, Ortho was unsuccessful. You told him that you didn't want to talk things through with his older brother.

"(Y/N) (L/N)-san... it's not very good to lie, you know?"

Ortho knows; he can sense the lie within your words, he knows you wanted to fix things up with his big brother. And that's why he got angry when you lied just now. His brother is suffering, so why would you even try to hurt him more by those kind of lies?

Ortho's narrowed eyes made you feel uneasy. But that wasn't that made you give up. When Ortho threatens to take out his laser beam, you abruptly tried to stop him by saying that you agree to talk it out with Idia.

With all hope not lost, Ortho accompanies you to his big brother's room. But he let it be you that gets to knock on Idia's door.

You hesitated at first, your fist hovering closely once in a while before backing out. But you pulled yourself together and knock on the door three times, quickly.

And of course, you let it be know that it was you who had just knocked behind his door by calling out his name. In a rather awkward and questioning way.

You heard him shout out your name in the same tone as you from the other side of the door. There was a sound of someone falling, as well as Idia's loud mutterings that you couldn't quite understand by how fast he says them.

The door to his room soon opened, but not fully. Just a little tiny bit. All of a sudden, instead of being greeted by Idia himself, it was his floating tablet that appeared before the you and Ortho.

"Testing... testing..." His voice from the tablet made you smile, finding it silly by how he's talking to you through his device when he's literally just standing behind his door.

"(Y/N)... (Y/N)-shi...?" And as soon you answered yes, the man started rambling his apologies here and there.

"I'msorryi'msorryi'mreallysorryforsayingthosemeanthingstoyouandbrokeupwithyoueventhoughyoushouldonlybetheonewhoisallowedtodothatbecausehowpatheticiam-

You stopped him before he could continue any further. You can understand what's he trying to say, so now it's your turn to say something back to him.

"I... I was at fault too. I said some pretty mean things back then.... Though I said those because I was really hurt by your words."

Before he could even try to apologize again, you continued. "But, that's all in the past now."

You heard him sigh. "Yeah, you're right..."

"S...So... Is it alright to try being your player 1 again?"

You chuckled. "Only if you'd let me be your player 2."

Idia became quiet for a second, before quiet sniffles can be heard coming from his tablet as well as from behind his door. You started to tear up as well, but you remained to stand outside instead of going inside to hug him. You can do that later after the two of you pour your feelings out.

Ortho feels happy once more, delighted to witness as you and his big brother made up in front of him. And being able to try and trust one another, once more.
