avadine and aqua would have the funniest interactions change my mind

ooooo for the Avadine asks,, could i ask what she thinks of Jay and Aqua?

Avadine: Jay is a bit too upbeat for my liking, too energetic and overly joyful... Eh it's rather off throwing for me and I can't be around people like that for too long. But she's not personally annoying me, so I guess she's okay.

For the guppy guppy... We clash a lot, but I really can't take him serious if I'm honest, it's like looking at a angry little seal, I often have to hold back my laughter and resist the urge to not ruffle his hair... he amuses me, especially when he tries standing up against me~

hhhhhhhhh sorry for taking so long with this one T~T i wanted to do something that wasn’t just straight up romantic attraction, so i tried to think a bit deeper about Jays feelings!

it was a cold day, and Jay was sitting in Gians bed, both of them wrapped up in a blanket like a burrito. despite being indoors, the air was cold, and so the two were practically intertwined, having practically no room for movement. the two of them would’ve been perfectly happy with this arrangement, if it wasn’t for the snacks on the table next to them.

their gluttony was battling with their laziness as their eyes periodically flitted over to the open bag of snacks.

after what felt like hours of deliberating, Gian slipped his arm out of blanket, and grabbed a handful of assorted sweets. he was about to shove them all into his mouth when Jay let out an indignant stutter in protest.

“gimme some.” she whined, opening her mouth pointedly. Gian smiled softly for a second, before he twisted his face into a smirk. “maybe if you beg” he grinned as she let out a half shout, pouting at him.

he caved quickly and poked the food into her mouth. she swallowed it quickly and nuzzled into his hand. it was raining outside, and the film on the tv has gotten quieter.

jay pushed her mouth against his palm, kissing it softly. “hey, Gian...” jay paused for a second. “i love you...” her voice was quiet and muffled against his palm, her eyes averted as she flushed red.

“...yeah. i love you too.”

Unique magic:

‘Shooting star’ Aquas unique magic allows him to grant any wish, as long as an appropriate price is payed. It is often said that he can commune directly with the gods through his unique magic, and it is them granting the wishes.

Backstory:

Aqua is a guppy merperson, meaning that whilst in his guppy form he is much smaller that practically all other merpeople, being small enough to fit in a hand. When he discovered his unique magic, he accidentally wished for his mother die whilst they were having an argument. He was cast aside by his family when he was very young, and was left to die. He was taken in by a shrine at the very edge of the coral sea, and it became a very popular attraction for people to visit the shrine with all sorts of offerings so they could have their wish granted. Because of this he grew up in the lap of luxury, with very little experience of the outside world. He was treated as a god, however his experiences were very limited and he lacks a very basic understanding of many things most people would know as a part of their everyday life, whilst having very oddly specific knowledge in other areas. Nrc was his first time attending a school.

Personality:

Aqua is very detached and seemingly lazy. He grew up alone with very little interaction with humans so he lacks tact. He can be seemingly quite rude and blunt with people, even though he isn’t aware of this. He gets very easily offended if someone does something even slightly wrong, and has no problem shouting at them and degrading them. His personality is like a direct contrast to his cute appearance, and it’s the only reason Azul let’s him hang around the monstro lounge, as he has a habit of scaring off customers whenever he opens his mouth. He also has somewhat of a god complex, given how he was raised as a literal god people would pray to. If someone tries to cross him or defy him he gets very offended and astonished, however he doesn’t know how to deal with it, since he’d never had to face it before. He simply believes that he is better than everyone, and he has more rights than others. He isn’t trying to be cocky and arrogant, it’s just how he was raised. He sees being nice to others as him showing them ‘mercy’, and will not grant them any kindness if he doesn’t feel they deserve it. Aqua has seen the worst parts of people. He has seen their deepest darkest desires and what they’re willing to sacrifice. Because of this, he’s very hesitant around all people, and often puts up a wall between them to stop them getting close to him. Though what Aqua wants more than anything is the one thing his unique magic cannot get him. What he wants is to be a normal person like everyone else. Though he has a begrudging acceptance that it simply wasn’t his fate.

Trivia:

Aqua is very fixated on keeping up appearances, and takes extra effort every day to apply makeup like he would at the shrine.

Aqua is allergic to an ingredient in the potion which turns mer people into regular people, so he has to take a modified version which only changes his form partially.

Aquas favourite time of the day is night, as it’s the only time no one has any expectations of him.

Aqua has learnt everything he knows from various books the shrine gathered, and it’s all self taught.

Being a guppy mer person, when aqua is in his mer form he is much more fragile than other merpeople.

Aqua has always been obsessed with the surface, specifically stars, due to a story he read when he was younger which said that all the stars were gods.

Azul refers to Aqua as ‘the nuisance’ due to the fact that Aqua will normally have his ‘episodes’ of shouting in the monstro lounge, periodically ruining business.

Aqua is horrible at regular everyday tasks, and will need to ask someone he knows to do them for him.

Aqua isn’t allowed to cut his hair due to his status as a deity back at the shrine.

Aqua can’t handle heat at all, and will refuse to go to class if he thinks it’s too hot.

When I started this blog, it had been unused for 5 years and I honestly never expected to reach such a high number, but here we are, reaching the 100!

It may not seem a lot, but consider this: 100 persons are interested in what you post! It’s really something!

PROFILE:

Kore Hightower is a first-year student and head of Ramshackle Dorm. Having been home schooled all her life, she is somewhat out of touch with the world around her. The unusual circumstances behind her admission have attracted some attention from the student population, but her only interest seems to rest in uncovering the reason behind the sudden departure of her adoptive father and the strange ‘dreams’ that she has had ever since she came to the academy.   

So, I’ve finally managed to finish writing my OC’s bio in a manner that feels satisfying to me.  ( ´ ▽ ` ) I’ve tried to stick as closely to the profiles that you see on the wiki, but I’ve decided to have some of the other sections (Personality, Background, etc.) in a separate post. It’s mostly ‘cause I feel that would be more organized and would help me find that information quicker when I finally start writing fanfics around her.

The story will be most likely canon-deviant, since I always like to play around with the world building provided by the author. So, it will stray a little bit from the game plot. 

Still, I hope you will enjoy it. :)

Wait I love her?????? Um???????????? I know she doesn’t need it but let me protect I’d take a bullet for her????????

I’ve got mad TWST brainrot lately, and wanted to hop on the OC train, so uhhh, here’s Yoru. She’s Crowleys daughter, and was kicked out of the All Girls Magic College because they have a STRICT uniform policy that she wasn’t able to conform to due to her wings/feet not fitting in the jackets and shoes. Since she isn’t able to go to school at NRC (it’s an all boys school, after all), she’s tutored by the teachers afterwards. She mostly stays inside reading, but has a bad habit of breaking into the school at night to use the various labs since she doesn’t want to accidentally explode her room.

In what would be her first year, she meets Idia in the Ignihyde lab after breaking in to use their tech to test out some of the new potions she’s made to try and get her appearance more human like. They don’t really talk much at first and usually just ignore one another when they happen to catch each other working late at night. Yoru ends up asking Idia for help with a few things in her experiments and they end up becoming friends. Before the end of first year, she makes a potion that’ll help her get rid of her wings. Her feathers fall out, and Idia helps her break off the bones. Who needs wings when broomsticks are a thing, plus, this way she can wear a normal shirt without having to cut big ass holes in the back. She’s gotta regularly drink the potions she’s made to keep the feathers off her arms, her wings from regrowing and to stop her fingers from turning more claw like. She occasionally poisons herself while testing new things to keep the bird attributes away. Oops.

In what would be second year she stumbles across the Octavinelle boys in the lab when they’re wringing out Floyd to get the eel slime (ps, if you haven’t read that story, read it it’s hilarious I believe it’s Azuls robe card). She realizes that they also have a potion to give em human bodies instead of fish bodies and she’s determined to recreate it, but for bird body rather than fish body. So far, it’s not going well.
